We got both chicken and beef
My daughter like the chicken I didn’t the beef was tasty though with the green sauce
Then we looked at the Philly cheesesteak… which apparently comes with ketchup and lettuce? Since when?
We settled for two Jamaican beef patties and three chicken gyros in pita, and every single item was awful. The beef patties smelled off, the meat was mushy and questionable, and the dough was undercooked and pasty. The gyros were cold, bland, and barely edible.
Portions were insanely small compared to what’s advertised. It genuinely felt like they were running out of food and still serving whatever was left.
Waste of money. Do not believe the hype.
REPLY TO OWNERS: Please check the audio on the footage as well so you can know we didn’t make fun of the workers, we were giggling at the fact that you guys don’t know how to make a proper cheesesteak. You are also gonna see YOUR coworkers giving us dirty looks as well!
I don’t know what the negative reviews are about because who said you can’t run out of food on certain days or you can’t put lettuce in a sandwich, a lot of chicken spots like to add greens to their cheesesteak or chopped cheese to balance it out.
It’s actually odd that the perosn leaving the review never heard of that, I just didn’t like seeing that comment when I came to leave a good review which is something is rarely do. On top of that why giggle at workers about your own preferences or how they’re doing things, just leave then.
Anyways the food is really good and it’s seasoned well and is in good portions and place IS REALLY CLEAN.
When I got home and opened the bag, I realized I had received the wrong food. The chicken wings were missing, and there was something else entirely that I didn’t even recognize. Frustrated, I drove back to the restaurant to get it fixed.
When I spoke to the worker, she immediately acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and gave me the correct order. She even let me keep the wrong food, which was a kind gesture. I also found out she is the only worker managing everything from morning to evening.
As for the food:
• Double Cheeseburger: Delicious! The meat was cooked well, and the flavors were great.
• Spicy Chicken Wings: Way too salty. I wouldn’t recommend them unless the saltiness is reduced.
Recommendation to Management:
Please consider hiring at least one more worker to support her. It would not only reduce mistakes but also improve service quality, benefiting your business in the long run.
Overall, the worker did her best under the circumstances, but more support would make a big difference.
