Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. Last week I was told I had to wait 25 min for chicken to cook. The week before that they had no white meat chicken! Tonight I pull up at 8:45 to be greeted and then they say we’re closed! So why do you even say hello thru the speaker at the drive thru if you’re closed. I’m so over this location. The staff is not friendly at all. I’m thinking it’s because I’m not Latino! I guarantee if I was Latino, my order would have been taken tonight! You just lost a damn good customer. I will drive to the Wheaton location going forward. I’ve never had a problem there and the staff is much friendlier!

Chicken was overcooked and tasteless. Employees are not paying attention with orders, such missing items on orders and when you complaint, they give you attitudes. I would definitely not recommend this location in particular. Go spend your money across the street at Popeyes.

I order two chicken thighs and two wings , but instead of thighs they gave me leg , and the wings were over cooked , also the coleslaw was not good anymore , it was a pessimist service. It was a waste of money won’t come back to this place.

Often times I’ll come and eat here and a lot of the times I’ll notice the customers are very rude with the employees but the employees manage to get their orders out and still try to do their best and maintain professionally. I would definitely recommend eating here as the chicken is very delicious that atmosphere is very welcoming

I come here all the time and this is by far the best fried chicken ive had in this city maybe the whole state and im black i know fried chicken, i just wish they had mashed potatoes but the mac and cheese hits the spot, them yuca fries are bomb too! Some of their campero sauce and buffalo sauce to go with it and a cold mango juice MMHHHHMMMMM!!! So delicious!
