Went with a party of six and even though the place was busy, we were seated very quickly. The service was pretty good. The menu has a lot of tasty options for whatever you are hungry for. We found the food to be good, but not great. I had the rolled tacos and felt every bite was just lacking a little bit. The banana foster french toast was very good.

I was looking for a quick American breakfast place while driving around with my husband and happened to find this place. There is a small parking lot tucked away and a larger garage in the back. We found a parking pretty quick thankfully since we were there at 8am. I am sure the place gets busy later in the day since it seems like a busy location. I can’t imagine the inside the restaurant when it gets busy, it’s pretty small, a bit crowded feel. If you have kids and bring in a stroller, you will have a hard time.
I ordered their pancakes, you can choose 2 or 3 stacks. Honestly speaking, they are way better than iHOP. Tasted delicious, the whipped butter was yummy and their syrup was very light on the sweet side, I loved it! Also, freshly squeezed orange juice tasted amazing with the pancakes. My husband had a veggie omelet with hash browns on the side and sourdough. He also enjoyed his food. If you are craving American breakfast, this place is perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in this relaxed, diner style restaurant. The food was delicious. The menu was full of exciting, tasty options. Service was excellent — friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It’s easy to see why this spot was a favorite of Guy Fieri and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives approved. We’ll definitely be back.

Got to enjoy the outdoor area, such beautiful weather right now & so glad I got to! The waitress was so sweet! Got the green hatch chilie Benedict (hatch 505) and the pumpkin French toast. This breakfast really made my day. The green hatch chile had some great flavor! It wasnt spicy but it was really good. The pumpkin French bread was like a slice of pumpkin bread made into French toast. It was a little on the thick side, but I’m not complaining.

The food here is just ok. The omelette I had was nothing different than what you’d get at Dennys. Flat. Generic. They served me a totally flat Pepsi. When I raised this and returned it they were like “oh yeah our machines aren’t working.” Not sure why they were still serving it or why the item I returned stayed on my bill. They didn’t have the dressing for my partners salad. Which was also what you’d get at any chain space. 2.5/5 for our meal. I definitely wouldn’t make a trip.

I don’t really understand the hype. I’m used to seeing long lines and my girlfriend and I decided to go here on a whim. She told me she didn’t like it much, and I should have listened.

The food was okay. It’s fine for the price, but it’s not going to blow your mind. The service, however, was bad. We waited a long time for our food despite being seated quickly, and our server did apologize but that was the last time we saw her until we received the check.

My girlfriend had reminded me about something I ordered that never came and I brought it up to the server prior to receiving the check. She lectured me, saying I should remind her next time and then implied I was being cheap. It’s not really about the $4 dollars, it’s more so that you didn’t bring me my order. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to keep track of that, but I would if you were kinder. She said she’d give us a coupon for next time, but I don’t see the point in a next time.

At the end of the day she handed me the card reader and I rang myself up and she left. No thank you, nothing. Try it if you have no where you would prefer to go, otherwise skip this spot. You aren’t missing out.

We’ve been here twice in the last 48 hours for a good reason. The food was excellent, hot and served quickly by our new friend Katelyn. She is such a delight! This restaurant was featured on one of our favorite shows, Diners,Drive-Ins and Dives. Our new favorite breakfast place in Chandler Arizona!

Great service, delicious food & drinks. We had cocktails, golden waffle dogs, & split the breakfast rolled tacos. Our server Lacy took great care of us. Everything was amazing!

Liked this food and atmosphere but not the menu selections because you can’t get a combo breakfast with pancakes unless you order two separate entrees. Husband and I got 2 egg breakfast, husband liked the bacon and has browns, I liked the sausage and hash browns. Ordered lemon ricotta pancakes but upcharged and had to pay for a third pancake entree so we could each have two pancakes. Pancakes were good, real maple syrup, although you don’t need syrup with lemon ricotta. All in all it was an ok experience but there are other places we like just as much and pay less because their menu options are more flexible. We paid $51 before tip, not cheap for a breakfast for two to have what you want.

Came for breakfast for the first time. My friend ordered Cajun Hash and OJ. I ordered Butternut Squash Frittata, Potatoes O’Brien, and coffee. My friend enjoyed his meal but I did not. The frittata eggs were overcooked.
