First time here on our visit to the University of Illinois. Located right off the Quad on Green street. Nice bar inside with excellent food. Their Reuben sandwich was excellent along with great onion rings. Waffle fries were excellent, as well. They also have pool tables downstairs. Very enjoyable experience. Enjoy!

Nice atmosphere, old time pubey rustic. The burgers were B tier, on the dry end, coleslaw was too mayoey and not cut evenly. Onions were too oiley and a bit salty.

The best bar in Champaign by far. They have fantastic food, great drink deals (Ex. free logo glass with purchase of a beer on Wednesdays), and spectacular service. Giving a 5 star review because the food is great. Also I’m leaving this review because of the people who were kicked out for being disruptive then left 1 star reviews. They had no class while in the restaurant and further demonstrated here in a review. You were being disruptive and were asked to leave. Move on. Murphy’s is great.

Went to have a beverage here after a conference. The bartender was extremely rude to my colleagues and I before we even ordered. Bad attitude. So we left before having a drink. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Enjoyed a great sandwich and cold drink. One has to keep in mind it is near or on Illinois Campus. Staff seemed friendly. Cool atmosphere. Within walking distance of hotel.

All my time here, and I have only gone to this place once. How was my first time here? Excellent. They made an excellent whicky sour, which every bar in Champaign can’t claim to do. The pool tables downstairs stairs are missing a few pieces. Overall, you can have a great time here.

Drink and food specials. No wait staff you order up at the bar. It was very busy but the line moves fast. Recommend sitting at the bar. The burger special was very good.
