I have been a fan of Five Guys over the years. Especially their french fries. So I stopped in and asked for an order of large fries. I was very disappointed, however.
Staff were standing around, waiting for a batch of burgers to come off the grill and could easily have served me up the simple cup of fries I was asking for. But I waited and waited. I asked the Idle staff “hey when you get a minute, can you please give me my fries”. But the staff said that my number wasn’t up yet.
I had to wait for all the burgers on orders to be packaged up and sent out With their Uber and DoorDash drivers before they would give me a simple cup of fries. I understand the concept the first come first serve. But the DoorDash drivers weren’t even there to pick up their food yet and it was just put on a shelf to wait for them. Does it make sense to you to be packing up food for a shelf for someone who has not arrived yet when there is a live customer standing right in front of you? They could’ve easily served me and kept a customer with a simple scoop of fries. I’ll never stop at that Five Guys again and I’m going to be much more skeptical of the entire remainder of the chain.

I love 5 guys. They have the best burgers and fries. I’m sad the they no longer have Mr Pibb at the leominster ma location. But the food is still great every time

Perfection. I’ve been to other Five Guys restaurants but this one nailed it. Patties were juicy and not overcooked. They did not skimp out on pickles and spread them evenly. Fries was just right. You guy should train other restaurants in your chain! Having side condiments prepared ahead of time was a nice touch. Tables and floor clean. Well done.

Five guys is my all time favorite fast food burger. Really good fries as well. You may pay a little more and wait a little longer but it’s worth it. I love getting Coke my way too. I sometimes order using the app while on my way to save time.

Listen five guys might be a little more expensive but it is definitely worth it the food is fresh it tastes great a service is awesome and it’s not a dump like most fast food chains lake McDonald’s which is totally going to crap
Burger King which is always kind of hidden in the shadows and Wendy’s which man Dave would be rolling over in his grave
So yeah I could see spending a little bit more money and definitely enjoying something that is edible

The amount of food you get is great. The quality of the food is not that great. I would recommend going somewhere else if craving a nice cheeseburger. Fries were really good though.
