Great spot for liquor drinks. Light food menu is really good and well priced. I had the short rib tacos, would pay more for more of a meal with more tacos though. Satchel was our waiter and was the best i’ve had anywhere in a long time. Need to come back to check out the club upstairs, have heard it is a wild time.

Truly authentic Mexican food. You wouldn’t understand if you’ve never been to Mexico. I am well travelled and this is the very best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in the U.S. Such a great atmosphere and vibe. Teresa is an amazing and super friendly server. I could write a book about all the different things I loved about this place. Outside, I felt like I was on a street in Mexico. Inside, I felt like I was dinning in a quaint little place in NYC. This place is charming! You simply won’t understand how perfect this place is if you’ve only been eating at typical Mexican restaurants in the U.S. So many vegetarian and vegan options.

My carnitas enchiladas was a miss, the tortillas were flavorless and hard. The guacamole was fresh and the home-made chips were tasty. The salsa was watery and not very flavorful. Rice and beans were good. I got a Mezcal Mule – and it was amazing! Service was really great – servers and hostesses were so sweet. I like that they have lots of veggie options. I will give it another try.

The best service I have ever had! Gentry & Amelia were very kind and absolutely delightful! The food was delicious! I had the No Evil Foods Chorizo Tacos with Rice & Beans. They were extremely flavorful, and I would not be able to tell the difference between Chorizo and the No Evil Foods Chorizo. Gentry made the best margarita I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Dropped in for a quick dinner and ended up having some of the most memorable tacos of my life. The rest of the menu looks inspiring and delicious, but I wasn’t looking for anything special. Just tacos. I did the three taco place for $15.00. Also the tacos are a mechanism for me to try a variety of different things.

In a historical building downtown Asheville. 2 floors offering seating for ALL ages. If you’re looking for a clean seasoned establishment to go on a date then this is the place. Soft music in the bar area which IMO is a great place for a date in which you can talk without competition. The bartender Ali is always very accommodating which includes her homemade mixes and making your drinks beyond ones expectations. The food is delicious and fresh! Everything on the menu is made authentic.
