Extremely disappointed, rude customer service. Staying at hotel. Spent well over $100 for our group of 8 in food/drinks at this location. Two kids wanted pizza instead of Plunge and went to the attached pizza place at same hotel (who was awesome – give business to him). We all ate by the pool and our kids brought the pizza back to eat with us. The lady working at Plunge kicked our kids out because they didn’t get food from her. Had security come over and told us to leave. Unbelievable and rude, wasn’t even busy and plenty of tables available. Food was meh and way overpriced. – bartender was nice – that’s about it.

Hotel information sheet says bar is open until 9pm. Nope. Pool administration says 7pm. Arrived at 6:45pm and was told “No, I can’t serve you. I have too much to do cleaning up”.
Nowhere else to get a drink. Useless bar.

I was pretty disappointed. The $17 Margarita came in a small plastic water cup. The burger was smaller than and about as flavorful as a pre-made patty from Walmart. My wife’s chicken wrap looked decent. She said it was loaded with chicken, so that’s a win. Service was slow, and not very hospitable.

There are very few beach bars in the area. My wife and I walked a mile just to eat lunch and have some drinks. The bartender was good. Food was quality. Problem: it was time to use the bathroom and staff did not allow that. You have to stay at their resort to use it. Patroning the bar doesnt count! So don’t order a bucket of beers like me ’cause you’ll have to hold it. How dumb is that? Worse, the lady attending the bathroom area was rude and condescending. I’m a reasonable guy and that”s uncalled for.

Bar tender was extremely rude! Asked for a glass of water for my mother who was not feeling well and she kept telling me to hold on, after about five minutes of standing there as she was counting money…..and then doing something with the drink condiments and finally walking out of the bar area to take something somewhere, we went to the room….also there wasn’t anyone else at the bar… And we are guests at the hotel!!! Very disappointing customer service
