I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings and this is what I got. Bunch of random pieces of small fried chicken with barely any sauce on them. I know this isn’t right as I’ve ordered the same wings number ours times in the recent weeks. If they were out of boneless wings they could’ve just told me that and I could’ve chose something else instead.

I had an amazing experience at this Papa John’s location. Charisse and taia were extremely busy pushing pizzas out efficiently while still being kind, professional, and very helpful with our order. It was clear they were short-staffed, yet they handled the pressure with great attitudes and strong teamwork.
Customer service like this makes a real difference. Despite the rush, they stayed focused, friendly, and committed to quality. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would absolutely recommend this location based on this experience.

Used to be one of the better Papa John’s in town.. unfortunately they are recently under new management and EVERYTHING has suffered.
Don’t pay for extra toppings, you won’t get them. Don’t pay the upsell for “premium” Deli Pepperoni, you won’t get it either. Do plan on having to cut the pie yourself when you get home. Well, if you enjoy eating pizza by the slice, that is

Very satisfied had a great night enjoying this pizza . Good prices , friendly staff , just the right amount of sauce and so so so cheesy stuffed crust and a generous amount of pepperonis . Who ever was working tonight they know how to make a pizza ! I will for now on only order my pizza from here

Great pizza and great customer service these guys are some of the best to be honest. Even if I have an issue they always resolved it professionally. I will have to say can you guys do us all a favor and make a breakfast pizza. When I was a kid going to school they had a breakfast pizza, it was the best pizza in the morning and I would just love to be able to order a pizza like that first thing in the morning.

Probably the worst pizza and wings I have ever had. Looked and tasted like it was from a box. Paid 30.00 for garbage I have had papa John s but this was gross very disappointed.

i like the papa. the stuffed crust is a fav. i gave low score on atmospere merely because the location is meant for takeout only. so an uncomfortable bench is the only thing to sit on. update 9/24/25: tried the papa dippa. its ok. the pizza itself was cut like a standard pizza. not like bread sticks. but taste was fine. not mind blowing.
cons: cost for what you get.
the sauces with a vinegar base. taste very strongly of salt. not a good thing imo. the hot honey was the exception as the honey itself cuts through the vinegar.
it tastes almost identical to the regular old pizza. nothing special
pros: it tasted like the classic
never getting this pizza again as the price to portion is poor vs the classic. its several dollars more and outside of sauces. has nothing special or unique. the sauces are mixed. so id rather a standard or stuffed version with extra regular garlic sauce if needed.

We stop and get Papa johns anytime we are in town. We live in Benson Az and don’t have one. We usually stop at the one on 22nd. But we were close to this one and stopped in. The manager was running the register and he was top notch the most kindest helping and very cool dude. He helped us with everything we needed plus gave us a great discount. If u ever get the chance stop in this store cause you will get nothing but the best service & pizza!!

Absolutely terrible. Cheese was about an inch and a half away from the crust even though I paid for extra. Crust is dry and flavorless. Papa John’s keeps going downhill. Do not order here. You’d get more flavorful cardboard at U-Haul or Peter Piper.
