Pizza al taglio (Italian for pizza by the slice — literally by the cut) is a variety of pizza baked in large rectangular trays, and generally sold in rectangular or square slices by weight, with prices marked per kilogram or per 100 grams. This type of pizza was invented in Rome, Italy, and is one of the most common forms of pizza eaten in Italy. Owned and operated by Chef Michelino Dominic.

Beware! This place, Pizzaria da Michi, does not exist. When we placed an order from the menu the staff didn’t know what the pizza was. We had to tell them what the ingredients were. Then I went to pick it up. It took me 35 minutes and 3 phone calls to find it. I drove through the strip malls on both sides of the street and no Pizzeria da Michi. I finally found it. There is a different name on the door. I don’t remember what it was. Even though we told them what to put on the pizza it was wrong. The pizza is of questionable quality, very dry. Pick up an extra bottle of wine, you will need it! Obviously we will not order from there again.
