The pizza I CRAVE. Been a customer every year now for the past several years. Their pizza is delicious with a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Great flavor and the garlic knots are out of this world and straight up addictive. I think about this place a lot and wish there were one closer to me. Very polite and pleasant staff and superior food. Absolutely outstanding and mouthwatering. Please don’t ever change!

After our visit to the Saratoga County Fair, we took my sister and brother-in-law to Pizza Works in Ballston Spa for lunch … it was a good choice! We had the Steak Moon and Italian Moon, along with Tree Hugger and Arugula Prosciutto personal pizzas and everything was great and served fairly quickly. Tables were clean, the staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Start with the fact that the pizza tastes and looks like it came out of a cardboard box from the freezer dept of a grocery store, you have a couple of nasty kids working there that it would behoove you to fire. The food is tolerable. Dealing with your nasty help, particularly the girl ” running” the place definitely makes the place worth avoiding. Plenty of places along the strip with much better Pizza and much better friendlier service. I doubt this place will be that much longer. If crappy service and food that comes out of the freezer Department in the supermarket is your thing you better get there before they’re closed for good

Arguably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. A soggy mess. Greasy pit in the middle of the box. The crust is clearly made of dough because it was still soft and had zero crunch. Also forgot our ranch. The toppings are the only edible part. Moved in down the street 2 days ago and comfortably never ordering from here again.

I ordered at 2:15 pm yesterday in b. Spa a cranberry walnut salad to go since I had an appointment. There were no cranberries in it ! What a disappointment! I couldn’t take it back since I had a 2 hr appointment and I live out of town. The person who made it has to be mindful of what he/she is doing.

We ordered a medium pizza half cheese and half with toppings. It was very good. Also, we ordered a Cesar salad and it was also very good. Our order only took ten minutes. The staff was professional, friendly and nice. We did pick up. If I order again, I will ask for well done crust. I prefer a pizza crust more cooked or a little crispy. The staff had lots of excellent suggestions on their specialty pizzas and future selections. Otherwise, the pizza was good and better than I would expect outside of New York City.

Pizza is really good ! I got a half pepperoni and I really liked it . The sauce is very aromatic and flavorful, it was my favorite part of the pizza . Super thin dough that I wish was a little crisper but I might just ask for a well done pizza next time . All in all, solid pizza ! Definitely going back , loved it !

Driving through the area and stopped for lunch. My friend got a chicken parm grinder that was the nicest looking grinder we have ever seen. I got their delicious antipasto with a nice balsamic vinaigrette. Will definitely stop here again

It was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered a medium pizza, boneless wings, and fries for takeout on Friday evening. When I got to the restaurant it was clear that they were busy. There was a line to order/pick up food and quite a few people dining in the restaurant. When I got to the counter, they could not find my medium pizza and asked if it would be ok to remake it. I said “sure, no problem.” They took the sides and wings and set them aside.
While I was waiting for my pizza, I had the opportunity to observe what a complete disaster the service at this place was. People who had ordered food were not receiving it, orders were wrong, tables were not being cleared and new diners were eating on filthy tables with previous diners leftover food still remained.
They never told me when my remade pizza was ready, even though when I went up to the counter the employee knew exactly what I was waiting for.
When I got home, the food was inedible. The sides were disgusting because they had been sitting for 45+ minutes and the crust of newly made pizza was not fully cooked. They also added green peppers to the pizza when we didn’t order them. Most of it went straight into the trash.
