This is my second time coming here since Saturday. I love it! The menu selection has a nice variety but not too much to overwhelm you. I really like the building set up of either walking up to order or the drive-thru. And as always, that customer service is just amazing.

Andy’s is already receiving an A+ due to them staffing some amazingly, professional, gracious and kind young folks!!! So when I order my Banana Split w/extra cherries or original Straw-Ana with extra cherries, made with care, exactly how I love it with the well oiled machine brand tactics of a Chick-fil-A, as if they own stock in the company, it’s not good!! It’s absolutely DELICIOUS. My every 2-3 month treat aka alone time.

This was a favorite during college and in Ohio where I have loved for the past 20 years there are none. In town for a conference and I had to make this a stop. Still the same great custard and as always paired deliciously with the mix ins for a concrete. I had the key lime concrete which mixes custard with an actual piece of key lime pie for a perfect experience. Amazing!!

Service is good and they have a nice variety of toppings, but it’s not custard, it’s just soft serve ice cream. If you want good custard, head south towards Goodberry’s.

I love places that do one thing, but they do it well. Andy’s does frozen custard. And only frozen custard. Not burgers. Not french fries. Not sandwiches. Frozen. Custard. And it’s always good. On a hot summer day, you’ll see quite a long line at the counter and the drivethrough. Highly recommend getting a concrete.

Love Andy’s! They’ve got lots of great options and a great loyalty program (get the app!!). My only gripe is how fast their custard melts (much faster than Goodberries and DQ).
