Staffs are nice, place is very clean. Lots of tables to sit out in open space and enjoy your dessert.
Pros – Freshly made daily/hourly
Fast service, drive through if you are in a hurry. Alternate to ice creams. Open until 11 pm if you are a night owl
Cons – They don’t add toppings of your liking if you get a waffle cone. Toppings are only available if you get a cup. In my opinion, that is a limitation that should be solved by franchise owners.
the value just isn’t there.
Their concrete mixers (similar to a Blizzard) cost over $10, and the amount of toppings you get is shockingly small. It’s basically a pinch of mix-ins, which means you end up eating several bites of plain vanilla custard despite paying a premium price. If I’m spending that much, I shouldn’t be digging around hoping to find a piece of topping.
The custard itself is fine, but at this price point the portions of toppings need to be way more generous. Until that changes, I’ll be going to Dairy Queen just down the road instead, where you actually get what you’re paying for.
