After being a lifetime customer of pizza villa, we were really disappointed by the way the pizza was. When Andy was the owner the pizza was flawless, the crust was great, the sauce had a great flavor and the toppings were fresh but now that Andy’s been gone this the food has gone downhill. I would not recommend pizza villa anymore , we came in on a slow night and the crust wasn’t cooked all the way and the sauce was way to sweet and was not the same! We miss the old pizza villa , if you keep the same name the food shouldn’t change either. We paid 75$ for a family of 4 and definitely didn’t get our money’s worth

Please don’t get this piazza it’s nasty, the crust was hard and the sauce was nasty everywhere was literally falling off when I would pick up a slice after letting it cool down and the ranch was watered down.

Well, this place used to be my favorite pizza place until they screwed up and they wouldn’t even help fix their mistake. Firstly, they didn’t even take my name for the order and when I went in to get my pizza they couldn’t find my order due to not having my name on the order. Next after waiting another 20 minutes I asked if my pizza was ready and I hear someone say call the driver and they inform me my pizza is on the truck. He comes back and all I get is here is your order sorry about that. I ask if I could possibly get a couple free cookies for my troubles. The lady says NO. I asked I can’t get anything for your mistake she said NO you can either take the pizza or I’ll refund your money. WOW what great customer service after screwing up an order for a repeat customer. Very disappointed yes the pizza is good but sorry I will be eating pizza from another place from now on.
