The only reason im giving a 4 star is due to the crispness of the wings. I really wanted my wings extra crispy and I did ask for them to be.
If the wings had the right amount of crispness this would be my new favorite spot for wings.
I will mostly likely give it one more chance and ask for extra extra crispy to see if that helps.
The pizzas came out hot, fresh, and so delicious — definitely some of the best around! The kids had a blast, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to their incredible team.
If you’re looking for a place to host a team celebration or just grab an amazing meal, The Pizza Shack is the place to go. Thank you for helping us wrap up our season in the best way possible! ⚾ ❤️

I wanted to share an experience that was deeply disappointing for our family. When we first attended the Ansley blood drive, one of your servers told us that because our son is in remission from AML, our family would be covered — not just that day, but moving forward, as a gesture from the owner. We were humbled by this kindness and felt truly welcomed. We came in twice afterward and received the same treatment, which reinforced what we had been told.
However, during our visit today, we were met with resistance and then informed that this was never the policy and that the support applies only to a specific family. This was the first time we had ever heard that. The way the situation was handled by our waitress made us feel uncomfortable and as though we had done something wrong. I want to be clear: I have no issue paying for our meal and never expected anything to be free. But being told one thing multiple times, only to be contradicted and treated poorly today, left us feeling misled and as if the compassion we believed your organization had for families like ours was not genuine.
Because of this experience and how it made us feel, we’ve decided we will not be returning. I felt it was important to share this with you directly.
On everything: the price was right. The rolls were SENSATIONAL. Like yeast sourdough rolls? Marinara was okay, I’m not big on it anyways.
Salad… price was right. It didn’t explode so I’m fine. Tea urn wasn’t spoiled (IYKYK).
Wings? Pretty good and I’m a harsh wing critic. Not a fan of the price schematic but they didn’t explode.
Pizza? The same dough as the bread! Slices were crunchy which was not my preference but the BLT slice? Good. As. Hell.
Cheesecake? Actually amazing. I keep getting “too eggy” cheesecake everywhere and mega sweet syrup? Not here. Amazing, perfectly sweet cheesecake and blackberry bourbon syrup.
I’m capable of seeing the bad too! All of the veggies were very mid ngl. Greek pizza was stingy on everything except the canned black olives. The greek salad didn’t have anything really greek about it? Just red onion, black olives and, I believe, store bought croutons. Kalmatta olives and artichoke hearts would bring this place up a notch in the veggie realm.
Alright, quit reading and come get y’all some rolls.
