Food is quick and fresh while it’s busy. Games go offline frequently and seem to have issues taking credits off the cards. While on our visit to the arcade multiple games offline and management didn’t refund tickets kids thought they lost after 1/2 hour waiting.

I was bewildered by how clean this place was. Everything was near spotless and the service was great! Food was good, too. If the Pizza Ranch back home was this pristine, I’d eat there all the time! Keep up the great work.

Love taking the family there. The food is good and plentiful. The arcade is why it gets a 3 star from me. The games cost twice as much as the other arcades in town, and half the games are always broken.

We were traveling from Fla. to Washington and decided to stop. The folks there were very polite, professional, and helpful. The food was very good. One of our best stops on the trip.

The Pizza Ranch in Gillette, WY is PHENOMENAL! The food is ALWAYS good. They have a great salad bar that rivals any other I’ve been to. The pizza options are great, their thin crust is so good, just the way thin crust should be. And the chicken, stuffing and potato bar beats all. The chicken is cooked perfectly! Their spaghetti sauce is nice snd thick. You can’t beat what you get here for the priceuyou pay. Oh, last but not least and MOST important, the staff is FANTASTIC! Everyone so friendly and they sure keep the place clean!! You GOTTA GO HERE!!!

When we arrived, there was only one pizza Pan available. And only a few slices at that, it didn’t seem to get a whole lot better for the pizza for some reason. But the chicken was great and so was the salad.

It’s ok definitely not even close to a Chuck E cheese. Food was decent. The pizza sauce was sweet tasting not a fan of sweet sauce. The game room is crazy small. Horrible little room when busy. The price is definitely not worth the experience . The only good thing about this place is how fast they get plates off your table. In the end to me pizza ranch falls short even my kids didn’t like it and that speaks volumes.

The manager was sooo rude!!! It called his employees rude derogatory names. Everyone was either upset or mad. Some were crying or red eye from crying. It saddened me that one man had that much power over the employees checks and balances needs to be done on this manager. He was also rude to customers a family left because of his rudeness. So sad! Pizza ranch is the best. But this man needs to go!!!!!

Tired of the mistreatment of the employees by the guy with white hair; I think his name is Ray. When I was there, they had a bus, and with the place being packed the buffets were kept up a tremendous job but it looked like the table cleaners needed help, but Ray was and would not help anybody if someone was on fire. I watched one kid fill the buffet but ask about getting a table cleaned off, so he went to help the table cleaners, and that kid got reamed just for doing what I would want at a restaurant for customer satisfaction. Ray needs to get some experience on how to run a business before that place is closed; pizzas on the buffet for 30 min and not being touched on a slow day, so pizza goes dry and turns tasteless, but he keeps it up there. I don’t know if he is an owner or a manager. Still, he needs some training on how to run a business or needs to be turned into a silent partner before this business shuts its doors due to health department problems, the only thing good about this place is the chicken and that’s it. Ray is insulting that I wouldn’t even treat a child with special needs like he treats his employees.

You can order from the buffet or design your own pizza a la carte which is what we did. We ordered a thin crust large pizza and it was enough for two. Overall good value and taste.
