I avoided this place because of all the bad reviews which have recently improved dramatically, so I thought let’s give it a try. I wasn’t expecting anything more than Pizza Hut or Dominoes, but those pizzas are gourmet compared to the ones here. Pre baked perforated crust similar to what you would find at a gas station. The salad bar was adequate but the chicken was greasy and flavorless. The only stand out was the ice cream.
I’m sure it’s fine for a cheap place to take the kids, but it’s not for me.

The buffet also contains hot & cold drinks. Despite the buffet not being huge, there is something for everyone.When I couldn’t find a veggie pizza, they especially prepared such (at no extra charge).
The small sizes of the soup and ice cream cups is rediculous.
There is a senior discount.
Prices are reasonable.
The bottom line is that I liked it.

Pizza Ranch has a very fun vibe. I am a kid at heart and love arcades and pizza! The chicken was not fried enough for me and the pizza was warm, not hot. Typical chain restaurant pizza but Cici’s is better, in my opinion. The arcade is definitely better here at Pizza Ranch.

As a germaphobe, I found this particular Pizza Ranch very clean. From the table areas to the buffets. And the food was excellent! I bought gift certificates to give out for Christmas, I was so impressed. The customer service was the highest quality as well. We will be going back again and again.

Wow…. what a nice surprise, driving all day and we decided to give it a try. It was a busy Friday night and that staff was working hard keeping it all full and still smiling. Loved all the choices and a good deal

Place is great when you have children, since they have install cameras for parents to be able to watch them while they play in the arcade.
Teenagers only work here, they came very often and pick up dirty plates, what I didn’t like very much is the ingredients of the pizzas, since you are able to order whatever topping you like is pretty good, but I have and encounter with a girl that felt like the boss, pizza came out and I grab the metal plate and take it to my table, she came and said and take plate from my hand “ you can’t take that” so I said to her why???? If I ordered , then she answer metal plates can’t be taken to tables, so then I took all slices from it, put them on a little plate one on top of each other and she looked at me like I was nuts!!!!
NONE of those kids have a name tag on them!
Also they gave me a stupid rule that you can only order one pizza per table!!!! I feel this so dumb i think that as long as you eat all of it, and don’t waste it what’s the problem???
This rule should be posted!
Also I noticed a kid just wiping the buffet area the food just on the floor I don’t think this is the proper way to do it!

We were staying the night in Gillette on our out to Yellowstone and decided to eat here. I had a good experience at this place ,the service ,food ,and atmosphere was top tier .

This Pizza Ranch is absolutely disgusting and should be ashamed to even keep its doors open. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with filth, laziness, and neglect. The buffet looked like it hadn’t been stocked or cleaned in hours. What little food was out was old, dried, and barely edible. The pizza looked like it had been sitting there all day, the chicken was greasy and cold, and the salad bar was literally crawling with flies. That isn’t just unappetizing — it’s a public health hazard.
The soda was flat, and when I told the assistant manager, they brushed it off like it didn’t matter. That kind of careless attitude shows exactly why this location is in the state it’s in. The staff doesn’t care, the management is useless, and the entire operation is an embarrassment to the Pizza Ranch name. I’ve been to many Pizza Ranches around the country, and this one is by far the absolute worst.
It’s insulting that they think customers should pay to eat here. The food is a joke, the service is nonexistent, and the entire place reeks of neglect. If this is how they run things on a daily basis, then the people in charge have no business being in the restaurant industry. They clearly don’t care about cleanliness, food quality, or customer service.
This location is a disgrace and should be shut down until someone competent takes over. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump. Save your money, your time, and your stomach, because eating here is not just a disappointment — it’s a mistake you won’t want to repeat.

Food is quick and fresh while it’s busy. Games go offline frequently and seem to have issues taking credits off the cards. While on our visit to the arcade multiple games offline and management didn’t refund tickets kids thought they lost after 1/2 hour waiting.
Not a big deal but something the kids will remember. I’ll remember it because I had to wait the 1/2 hour.
