Today I took my family to the Pizza Ranch in Le Mars for the buffet, and we had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the food was warm and fresh, even though we came in after the lunch rush around 1 o’clock. My kids always ask for Pizza Ranch for their birthday lunches, and the Le Mars location consistently delivers a great experience. Thanks for another good visit!

Pizza Ranch in Le Mars is our family’s best restaurant in the area! Always fresh and so delicious food! Always great service! The staff is always courteous, very nice and hospitable, always ready to help you. Aaron and Stacy, they are amazing people! So always hardworking, very kind and hospitable, very professional and they are always ready to help you. Additionally I cannot skip out the receptionist Dang(Dan), not sure exactly about the spelling of his name. He’s very responsible, very kind and pleasant with customers. Aaron and Stacey run a fabulous establishment in Le Mars! They both are always greeting you with a friendly smile! Always a clean and family atmosphere-along with fresh buffet food! They have a wonderful team of employees as well!
Casey is one that sticks out to me- he’s always willing to help and kept the positive atmosphere going from table to table while he checks on guests. 10/10 always recommend people to go check them out

We waited a good while to even be waited on. Then it was no smile, no eye contact. The food had been sitting there a long while. No green beans, no ice in the Coke machine. The green beans were never filled. The ice machine was filled at the end of our stay.
We couldn’t find a worker to tell them about the ice.
A fresh pizza came out just as we left at the request of a customer who came in a few minutes before we left.
For $51 for 3 of us we felt robbed.
We have been to other Pizza Ranch’s and loved them. Not this one!

Normally I would say this place is great, but tonight…..there were several little kids running around unattended, not wearing shoes, yelling. I’ve never wanted to leave a restaurant so fast. I get it, they are kids, but it’s a restaurant. Obviously the parents and staff don’t care.
