Reviews
Today bought chicken fried rice very very less piece. Chilli partake was ok.
There was no “fake” review submitted by me. I do not engage in posting fraudulent or misleading content. Any claim suggesting that another account belongs to me is purely speculative unless supported by verifiable evidence.
Making such assumptions is comparable to suggesting that reviews posted under entirely separate establishments automatically apply to your business — which would clearly be inaccurate.
The review I shared reflects my genuine, firsthand experience based on the service, conduct, and treatment I personally received. I maintain documentation and supporting records related to my visit and interactions.
I stand by the accuracy of my statement.
If you are able to provide credible proof that another account in question is operated by me, I am willing to review the matter and take appropriate action, including removal of my review if justified. However, unsupported accusations do not invalidate a customer’s right to share an honest experience.
Constructive feedback is a normal and lawful part of operating a business. It is disappointing that my experience is being dismissed rather than addressed in a professional manner.
As regular customers for four years, we expected better. Limiting lunch to 30 minutes when the café is nearly empty feels unreasonable. Combined with the already poor service, this experience was frustrating. Never recommend this place if you want to eat your food peacefully.
However, I’ve noticed recently that cleanliness and hygiene seem to have taken a bit of a backseat, especially with some flies around and the restroom needing more regular upkeep. I’m sharing this as a loyal customer who wants to see this place thrive even more. A little attention to sanitation would go a long way in keeping the quality as high as the food.
Management seriously needs to improve customer service, and the food freshness clearly needs attention. This is not how long‑time customers should be treated.
When asked for update in restaurant, a lady did not even seem to care to answer me properly.
I got the food home for family and noticed no chutneys and Sambhar.
I called the restaurant and they told me “check it properly and that I should have it” he was arrogant.
I told him I do not have it and that’s why I called.
Ok, we will fix it next time. And did not say sorry or seem to care that it was their mistake. He initially said we give only sambhar. Later, we pressed him hard after which he said we will fix it next time with chutney and sambhar.
Similar mistakes happen to me at Hyderabad house but the way they respond and take care of it is very respectful.
I will never goto madhura cafe again though it’s close to my house because they do not seem to care about customers and their feedback.
I do not recommend this place at all for their bad customer service, slow preparation of orders, long waits, less quantity compared to price of food.
The food was the real star of the show — every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients.everything tasted homemade and full of love. There sambar idil , fried rice , thali was especially unforgettable! Everyone should try there popular dishes
staff was so friendly so attentive If you’re looking for genuine Indian cuisine in a cozy and friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Madhura Cafe. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Your response contains several statements that are factually incorrect and potentially defamatory.
First, the claim that we “hardly make any sales” is demonstrably false. We are prepared to provide documented proof of our monthly spending at your establishment. Publicly misrepresenting customers’ purchasing behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional.
Second, while we fully acknowledge that a restaurant has the right to implement operational policies, those policies do not exempt management from maintaining basic standards of professionalism, cleanliness, service quality, and respectful communication.
Instead of addressing the specific concerns raised — including food freshness, extended wait times to place orders, and cleanliness — your response attempts to discredit customers by labeling their feedback as “false allegations” and “childish attacks.”
Publicly accusing customers of coordinated retaliation without evidence is a serious assertion. We strongly advise reconsidering such characterizations.
You referenced expansion and overall performance as proof of quality. However, customer ratings and reviews reflect a pattern of concerns raised by multiple individuals, not just one group. Constructive criticism should not be dismissed as retaliation.
We stand by our experience. We remain open to a factual and respectful discussion. However, we expect the same standard of professionalism in return
INITIAL REVIEW:
We’ve been visiting this café almost every day for the past four years. Today, we were told that the boss has limited lunch time to just 30 minutes—even though there were only two tables occupied at the time.
The service has already been disappointing, and this added restriction, along with the way we were spoken to, felt quite disrespectful. The overall attitude comes across as unnecessarily authoritative rather than welcoming.
We’ve supported this business for years, so this experience was genuinely disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
l’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes just to place an order, even when there was no one else in line.
The staff literally ignored me on several occasions, which is extremely frustrating.
The taste is also inconsistent — sometimes it’s decent, other times it’s completely off, so you never know what you’re going to get.
Recently, they added a 30-minute dining time limit, which honestly makes no sense. If it already takes 15-30 minutes just to place the order, how are customers supposed to eat comfortably within the remaining time?
On top of that, they have delivered my order so late multiple times, forcing me to leave early as I come here with limited time for lunch.
Overall, poor service, poor management, and a lack of respect for customers’ time. Definitely needs improvement.
Better to buy large Starbucks chai with donuts that is still under 10$.
Waste of money.
