It’s our first time eating in this restaurant. First the atmosphere is very off, the restaurant has a smell of haven’t cleaned yet , it was not very clean the seats smells like they got some bugs there , their aquarium is sooo filthy and the fish looks like their dying smh. My husbands noodles are still hard, and they forgot some of our order and then they don’t have some of our food that we ordered they said they were out. The service was very off not good at all , not very friendly especially to kids. My meat on my pho taste very old like had been frozen for a while and got defrost. Our soup is not hot as normal phos are , they’re a little cold. Service was so slow again the service is not very pleasant. We definitely not coming back here at all for sure. We don’t recommend eating here , till atleast they clean or sanitize the whole restaurant itself. PS: this restaurant is not a kid friendly servers do not like kids. Good luck everyone!

Noodles was not cooked at all. Very hard and broth was cold. I had to dip noodles in boiling water before eating them. Brisket was not in my bowl and I had the special which cost $20. Broth was not flavorful and I eat pho a lot was sick and wanted something closer. I don’t think I will try this place again.

Pho Toi!!! My favorite place to grab pho was closed recently. So I decided to give this a try based off the 4.6 ratings. And let me tell you, Pho Toi easily surpassed the other place!! I thought the other place was legit, but no, this is much more legit. The noodles are warm and soft and slightly sticky, the other place was cold and kind of dry when served. Their noodles look and taste very fresh and their broth was amazing Pho lovers know that the broth is so important. This broth was so savory and made all my noodles and vegetables juicy with flavor. Thank you Pho Toi for the tastest Pho in the springs!! (I would post a pic but I got take out/ delivery and I didn’t think that presentation would give it justice and its goodness )

Okay spot for a pho fix. Service was pretty bad. Had our drink orders taken, then forgot about or something cause someone else came back and took our drink orders again. Hard to get a refill. They had reggaeton playing in the restaurant so that was comical. Doesn’t really contribute to an authentic pho restaurant. Didn’t like that they didn’t have chopsticks or a ladle for the broth. But think it may be two places in one??? Idk. Good but I don’t think would return, will continue to look for others throughout Colorado Springs.

Went for some Pho Soup before we went to a concert and couldn’t be happier. My husband got the Oxtail Pho and I got the Rare beef, brisket, tendon, and tripe Pho. The oxtail was phenomenal and the broth was perfect. They werent busy when we went but they did have a large party in the back so there’s room for a large group!

Overall, my experience was great!

Although the prep times were a little long, the food and the authenticity of the Bahn Mi, Pho, and Spring Rolls made up for it!

The food was fresh, tasted great, and prices were reasonable.

The feel of the establishment was timely, and the employees made sure I was satisfied with my meal!

This will be my new place for lunch!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pho Toi is the best new restaurant to come to Fountain since I moved here, and I highly recommend. The phở (Vietnamese noodle soup) is the real deal; the broth was perfectly balanced, and the beef with mine was very tender. This is as good as I used to enjoy when I lived in a Vietnamese neighborhood in Chicago.

They also have a full Vietnamese menu, and I plan to come back and try some of the rice plates.

I’ve been looking for a good bowl of bun bo hue and saw this new place so I got it delivered. Best bowl of bun bo hue in the Springs area! The broth was rich and the ingredients were fresh. I got an extra side of rare steak and chili oil but it didn’t need it. I will be ordering this a LOT!

Went here for lunch and it was great. We ordered pho and had a spring roll and fried dumplings.
For someone who is viet and eat lots of pho. The broth was delicious and we got so much meat! The spring rolls were filled and not skinny at all. Dumplings were cooked really well! We enjoyed it. The customer service wasn’t the greatest but they still managed to get us what we needed.
Overall, I do enjoy it will come back more for pho!

This place will now my my go-to place. The food is amazing, but more importantly the people here are phenomenal. I’m so grateful for the courtesy they extend and their sincere attention to making sure my order was perfect. In a world of apathy and unpleasant-people encounters, this restaurant shines.
