Online menu does not matching actual menu and actual prices. Pizzas doesn’t properly covered with topping. Edges are left bare for size of 2″ from boarding rings. Not contained enough topping for what you paid.

Got to town didn’t feel like leaving the motel. Looked for a local pizza place and this was it. The pizza was good, very over priced for what you get and to make matters worse take a look at our pizza when it arrived!

Pizza Plus used to be a staple in my family’s rotation at least once per week. Management changed a few times over the years and it was obvious. We’d gone from getting delivery to being outside their delivery zone and it all hinged on whether you called your order in or made it online. Online ordering is quite a bit more expensive than phone-in and it also limits your menu options. I paid extra for a delivery order because I’m handicapped and under driving restrictions. I ended up paying almost $10 out-of-pocket more (plus tip) to get my food delivered. My order was not correct (ordered a large 1-topping and got a large with cheese and nothing else). Contacted HQ who said I should call the restaurant. I did and was told that they’d give me what I ordered if I agreed to bring the wrong one back. Given that I couldn’t drive, that wasn’t an option and all they said was, “Guess you shouldn’t have ordered online, then.” I left it at that and have not been contacted by anyone since. Just go to Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Gondolier, Food City, etc. They don’t care about accuracy or customer satisfaction.

I ordered a Pizza and was told it would be an hour wait for delivery. Called back 2 hours later to get update and they said it was out for delivery. 30 minutes later received a cold, nasty pizza. Dandridge definitely needs more pizza delivery choices. Never had a good experience. Shame on me for trying again.

We stopped in for pizza after a day of sightseeing. We ordered taco pizza and the meat extravaganza pizza. Both were served hot, and they were delicious! Our server was nice and followed up with us frequently. We will definitely eat here when we are in the area.

We are in the middle of a renovation, it started getting late on a Sunday and we didn’t have time to cook dinner. We were able to get pizzas delivered, they were piping hot and delicious! This is the first place I’ve seen a Taco pizza in over a decade and it’s definitely worth the try. We’ll definitely order again, thanks for the awesome service!

Absolutely five stars! Classic pizza place experience. Only had two people working the restaurant, but they were super friendly and handled our party of seven (4A+3K) wonderfully. Cheese sticks came out quick and the salad bar was impeccably clean so the moms in the group couldn’t resist. Everyone enjoyed the cheese sticks and pizzas.
