Pizza was good and always is. Today I decided to get my son the chicken tenders… I ordered the 5 chicken tenders and was charged $9 for them. Got home and opened the chicken and there was 2 full sized fenders and 3 little tiny chicken pieces that I could describe as little tiny nuggets… very very disappointing especially for the price of them

Had a really disappointing experience with the delivery driver from Pizza Pizza. The driver was extremely rude and dismissive, which completely ruined what should’ve been a simple food delivery. He said I should not have ordered for delivery before closing (around 1am) even though I tipped him for ordering late but that comment and other such were harsh. Customer service matters just as much as food quality, and this was far from acceptable. Hoping management addresses this because it reflects badly on the brand. His name was Mel.

I don’t know his name, but today, on Sunday, November 30th, I was the last person to place his order. He left the store right after, at 4 p.m.
He appeared to be in his mid-40s and was an Indian man. He wasn’t polite and seemed unaware of how to customize his pizza. Even though I had shown him that customization was possible through the online order, he wasn’t convinced and directly refused to prepare the order as I had requested.
I was very disappointed with his handling of the situation. However, the rest of the staff was very good.

Twice this month I have ordered take out pizza from the Portage Road Pizza Pizza.
Both times the pizzas had minimal toppings.
Showed it to a staff member who said nothing and walked away.
Phoned Pizza Pizza Customer Service.
They offered a replacement pizza.
The replacement was just the same!
Domino’s in comparison offers plenty of toppings for the same cost.
In years past, this location did a decent job.
Sadly, the staff has changed and so has the value for your money spent at this location.
There are better choices available in Niagara Falls!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Pizza Pizza location. The staff member working—an older, middle-aged Indian man—was extremely arrogant from the moment we walked in. He clearly didn’t want to listen, made faces as soon as we entered, and acted like he was completely tired of his job.
We asked for a recommendation for a chicken item, and his response was, “Everything is on the screen.” No effort, no courtesy, nothing. His customer service was so terrible that we didn’t even feel like ordering anymore.
We even tried asking his co-worker for his name, but they refused to provide it. In the end, we paid around $40 for awful service and pizza that wasn’t even that great. Overall, a completely disappointing experience, and we definitely won’t be returning to this location.

The experience was fantastic, had ordered the Gourmet Thins Steak and Blue Cheese pizza and it was cooked to perfection, loved that pungent flavour of Blue cheese. In addition, I felt like ordering more so ordered for a medium Chicken pizza to go for the rest of my day.

The pizza is always hot, fresh, and made just the way I like it. The crust is perfectly cooked, the toppings are generous, and the cheese has that perfect stretch. I also love that they offer a wide variety of options, from classic pizzas to wings, garlic bread, and even plant-based choices.
