This is my absolute favorite Dutch Bros location in Idaho. I travel frequently for work between Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, and Boise, and this location consistently stands out above the rest.
The staff are always friendly, engaging, and incredibly efficient. I used to think Starbucks was the standard for speed, but Dutch Bros has easily surpassed that in my experience. On one visit, from the time I placed my order in line to the moment I received my drinks, it took less than 20 seconds. Their efficiency is impressive without sacrificing customer service.
I especially enjoy their seasonal drinks, which are always well made. As someone who drinks decaf for health reasons, accuracy is very important to me. They have consistently gotten my order right the first time, every time, with no mistakes.
Overall, this location sets the bar high with its fast service, friendly team, and consistent quality.

Low quality service and people working on Sunday morning at this particular Dutch Bros. Zero customer service skills. No personality. Need some serious training with these gals or start with a whole new crew.
Drinks aren’t hard to mess up so those were great but the experience is better at the center of Portland during the summer of love.

These negative reviews are very hard to believe. The people here are always so sweet, & such a good vibe!! They take the time to make you feel important. Not just the typical robot you get at other places of same ole how are you, ok bye. I’ve only had not the best drink once out of many many times. Otherwise amazing! Keep it up. I appreciate you guys. You bring joy to my day! Oh and your music selection this morning of Elevation W was amazing and brought a huge smile to my face. Have a blessed day!

My friend and I walked to the counter to order before our 8 hour long drive we had to do today. Instead of making our drinks she talked to her 2 friends at the counter. When the friends saw us waiting there they asked, “oh hey sorry do u need to order?” And we said “no we’re just waiting for our drinks” then the worker said, “Someone else is making them… I think.” Then proceeded to do no work and keep talking to friends. The Dutch bros line was huge and there was 3 people working… well actually 2 because she was just talking to her friends. After waiting for awhile a fellow Co worker asked her to please start helping make drinks and then our drinks started to get made. The bad worker was very blonde and tbh deserves to have a warning or get fired. Very entitled, bad customer service. I’ve only left good reviews at places so I swear I’m not a mean person… she was that bad.

The blonde girl at the walk up talked to her friends for 15 minutes not making drinks and when her friends said “you should probably do your job” she whiningly said “uggh i don’t want to” and then kept talking to them.. while we were standing right there waiting for our drinks to be made. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and should not be working there.

Busy from sun up to sun down! We would love to have a Dutch Bros in Bozeman, MT!!! It was difficult to order without a menu and a person with tablet while the cars behind you keep pushing you forward!! A lot of anxiety… My drink was “ok.” The wife enjoyed hers a little more…
