Relax in comfort at our new urban brewpub and scratch kitchen. Award-winning beer served from ten 1000L copper tanks suspended above our bar. Full cocktail menu and wines from our local partner Efeste. And then there’s a 2500 sq ft patio beer garden to enjoy all this great food and drink.
Bellevue Brewing was founded in 2012 as Bellevue’s first locally-owned brewery. We welcome all and discriminate never.

Nice chill atmosphere, not too crowded, solid new brewery in brand new Spring District, with outdoor seating available. Aside from the amazing food itself, the fact that they had my favorite cider on draft sealed the deal. (Finnriver cider)
**Important to mention** Alex, my server, and Rensler, another employee who assisted me during my experience, have been some of the nicest most compassionate and kind people I have ever met. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of all menu items and recommendations. Truly a scholar, and a gentlemen.
I was having an off-day and Alex and Rensler made it a point to make sure that regardless of what I had going on, my experience at Bellevue Brewing Company would be immaculate, and it was. They went out of their ways which I truly respected and appreciated.
Clean facilities, glasses, utensils, clean tables and bathrooms.
Also, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, but still with a nice bite.
Had leftovers and they were even great the next day. 5/5 and will be returning definitely.

Great place for gathering with friends, food&drinks were pretty good, waitresses were helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere next to Meta Bellevue campus. It has its own parking spaces in underground garage (free for four hours, bring ticket inside to validate) but spaces are limited so it was challenging to find a street parking during busy hours.

The inside is nice, the staff is nice, but the food was disappointing. My pizza looked like it was a frozen TV tray meal and was very thin. The pretzel was tasty though!

What a great surprise! I was visiting town for work and needed a quick bite. This place is legit — great beer and great food! And the service was also incredible. Super impressed with Ren and how personable and enthusiastic he was. Highly recommend this place.

right in the heart of Spring District, is a great escape from the bustle of downtown Bellevue, offering a relaxed vibe with crisp, refreshing beers and solid bar food—we tried the calamari and tacos, which were tasty but typical for the genre. What really stood out was the friendly, attentive service, which felt welcoming and local despite Bellevue’s tech-heavy reputation. The space is spacious with plenty of seating, making it ideal for both large groups and solo visitors, and the surrounding area is perfect for a stroll. Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly spot, a place to gather with friends, or just a chill solo beer, this brewery nails the atmosphere with its laid-back charm and great brews—definitely worth a visit!

Our first time at this brewery and Emma was the absolute best server. We showed up a little to late to the hawks game, but we were lucky to find a booth even thought it didn’t have a tv view. Emma came to check on us multiple times and was very attentive to our needs even though it was super busy inside. One of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Super personable, fun, and attentive. Give this gal a raise!

Erika is the spiciest jalapeño and an absolute gem or a human! 5 out of 5 best ever!
I have been eating here an every weekend, since they opened the doors. The fried chicken burger is as good as chicken sandwiches get. By this, I mean it is freaking delicious! The Birria, and Al Pastor tacos are also excellent. I am very harsh critic of French Fries. They must be crispy on the outside, and like a baked potato, on the inside. I have had them 3 or 4 times, and they are always on point. Crispy, and delicious.
Of course, I am a fan of the beer. They brew all of my favorite lager styles, and they are also delicious. The Biergarten here is amazing! I don’t know of a nicer outdoor eating space in the area.

Long time favorite. This place is no dive bar, really modern, nice, but amazing summer vibe scene. Ren is the best waiter, tip him well so he never leaves! Nothing beats Seattle Summer Happy hour at Bellevue Brewing Company!
