Very disappointed service as I ordered pizza with creamy garlic drizzle and this is what they are giving when I ask them about it that I am getting proper drizzle from other store then their manager is saying this is what we are giving here so I don’t know if they are following proper standards because in this photo he added extra according to their manager or maybe they have right to say and minimize the amount like that. Secondly my order has two garlic fingers so it supposed to be 2 dipping sauces and I bought teo extra so when I ask them about my 2 dips which are included they said it is inside the box but there is nothing when I checked after reaching home.

Very disappointed! In town for an IWK appointment and waited an hour for my order which is fine if it wasn’t smushed when I received it. We got our order and I had a very upset little girl because her section of pizza was smushed in the box! When I complained, the best they could do was give me a $10 credit when I paid $50 for it!

I’m very disappointed with how the staff at Pizza Pizza Argyle Street treated an Uber driver. While picking up an order, he politely asked to use the washroom and was refused in a disrespectful manner. Delivery drivers work long hours and play an important role in supporting the business. They deserve basic courtesy and respect.
Even if there is a policy about washroom access, it should be communicated professionally. The way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope management looks into this and ensures staff treat delivery drivers with respect going forward.

Absolutely awful service. After waiting well over an hour, what arrived was a cold, broken pizza with only sauce and no toppings on 3/4 pizza. When I called for help, the helpline was dismissive. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers — avoid at all costs.

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional service I experienced at your location on January 31st, around 12:45 PM.
As an Uber delivery partner, I was told the order would be ready in ‘two minutes.’ However, I waited for over ten minutes while three of your employees were standing behind the counter, right next to the oven, chatting and socializing instead of prioritizing the order. Even though the customer was waiting, the staff seemed completely indifferent to the delay, eventually gathering together in a way that felt dismissive of their responsibilities.
When the customer asked why the delivery was taking so long, I had to explain the situation honestly. Consequently, the customer informed me that they would no longer be ordering from your establishment due to this lack of professionalism.
This kind of carelessness not only reflects poorly on your business but also impacts the income of delivery partners. I hope you will review the footage or speak with the shift team to ensure this does not happen again. I value my time and my customers, and I expect the same level of respect from your staff.
