Struggled with placing a pick up order on line; site not very user friendly. Ordered a large vegan pizza and an XXL which cost almost $60. Disappointing. Vegan pizza crust was completely opposite of the thick sourdough-like crust on the XXL, but tasted like cardboard (we had ordered regular crust, not gluten free, so not sure why the discrepancy between crusts). There was very little tomato sauce, and toppings not spread out evenly. The XXL had a thick, fluffy crust which was great, but the cut bacon, which is an up charge, was scarce, just the fat on a number of the slices, and wasn’t even on some slices. The pizza also had very little tomato sauce, and items were unevenly distributed. Nothing special. Interesting to note, the place was packed when we arrived so maybe we just ordered the wrong things.

Ordered a pizza via Uber Eats.. It arrived, IT IS OLD like it was made a day ago and completely cold. Pizza Pizza won’t refund because I placed it through uber eats and uber eats is telling me to contact pizza pizza. This is disgusting and not edible…. Going to have to dispute it with my credit card company or something. Disgusting.

Things have changed in this location. New ownership has gained back the Pizza Pizza reputation. I order pizza couple years back but the quality was very bad all time. This year I thought I will give it a 2nd chance and damn the quality is top notch. It’s consistent as I have ordered many time in last 3-4 months now. Keep it up.
