The chicken fried steak was tough, my over medium eggs were over hard, and the hash browns were half over cooked and half under cooked. I hope the old standards come back and the cafeteria style atmosphere inside changes as well. I will re-think headed this way for breakfast.

This breakfast place was highly recommended by many but sadly it was just ok. Had the chili relleno omelet which really looked more like peppers in a pseudo omelette. The highlight was the side of hash browns. The beans were runny and mealy at the same time. Coffee ($3!?) was more like lightly browned water. Skip.

No greeting by the hostess when we walked in. We only received a blank look and when we said we wanted a table for three she walked us to the table and put down the menus and walked off. No one told us we have to get our own drinks until the waitress took our food order. There were flies all around our table and we could tell they have an ongoing issue with the flies as there were 3 fly traps hanging from the ceiling. The food was good but we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great dive joint with awesome staff and fresh food made to order. The portions are hearty without being ridiculous. Absolutely worth the stop!

Awesome mid-valley breakfast staple. Chorizo and eggs, with cheese and green chili is a favorite. Kids need to try the mouse cake (pancake shaped like Mickey!) with berries and whipped cream.

Breakfast here was super good. On a trip with the family and it’s great to have something other than sandwiches and pastries.

The sausage was the star of the plate – big, round and juicy. Eggs over easy done right, and the hash browns were crispy. I had one pancake and it was fluffy, however not much flavor, and the syrup tasted like flavored sugar. Overall this is a nice restaurant and breakfast in América is good.

This place is awesome! If you’re looking for breakfast in Aspen, stop now and go here instead. Seriously, Aspen has people in boat shoes and blazers… For real, BOAT SHOES. What are they even doing?!? Makes no sense. Back to breakfast, this place is delicious, inexpensive, and legit. Unlike Aspen and their blazers.
