I used to love this place, but in the past couple years, every time I come back here, food and service gets worse and worse. Recently, I ordered a lasagna and I’m pretty sure it was made out of plastic. I couldn’t even bite through it. It was not edible. I scraped off a few bites that i could and immediately regretted it because my stomach started to feel weird right away. I guess the pasta dishes are not made fresh, which would be fine if they actually tasted good. The food never comes out all together. Sometimes my husband gets his meal like 20-30 minutes after I get mine or vice versa, even if I ask for it to come out all together. The only good thing about the place is that it’s kid- friendly and there’s a game room, so the kids can have fun while parents can try to relax and have a conversation. Also, the staff is friendly. But unfortunately, the quality of the food and the food service is worse than ever before. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat and hang out at and now I will only go back there if I have to/get invited to. (Like for a kids birthday party or some sort of event.)

Service for certain people is horrible. Very bland. Walked in and not a single employee spoke or addressed me. Not one. Made eye contact with the slinger guy who wears hats all the time. Made eye contact with the MANAGER. Didn’t say a word. This is not a restaurant that’s friendly for “everyone”.

A Group of us went over the weekend for pizza. The food was excellent and the hospitality was tremendous. A gentleman by the name of Toby helped us make sure we had everything we needed and we will definitely be back soon! Best in town.

So I just had my daughter’s birthday party here. The pizza was burnt and all 20+ guests could not finish or enjoy their pizza. The staff was rude especially one grey haired middle aged man who had an attitude when I asked for more plates for my guests. He told me it was self service and I would not have a server. He brought the plates back but slammed them on the table next to me 60+ year old mother. One of the plates was filthy tucked in the middle of the “clean” stack and I have a feeling that rude gentleman did that on purpose. I was very disappointed with the food and how we were treated as first time guests. I spent 111$ on pizza for the party and it was a rip off as the food was terrible and I wished I could have gotten my tip back. I will never be going back.

I grew up in Bellevue, and this is probably my favorite place to get food in Tennessee. It’s nostalgic, yet modern. The pizza is perfect. The staff are always friendly. There’s a whole arcade area too. Perfect place to go with friends. This pizza place truly is perfect.

Amazing place to have a family night. Came for Valentine’s date, has a very 90’s pizzeria vibe and it has arcades you can enjoy with the kids. Would definitely recommend. Pizza was so good and worth it.
