Great pizza starts with great dough-and great dough takes time, effort, and love. We push to make ours better every day. After the dough is perfect, we top it with the best ingredients and bake it to crispy, airy perfection. We love our pizza and we think you will, too.

Keep in mind that reviews are personal opinions. This one is my opinion of what I received through GrubHub. I basically live in hotels due to work so I eat a lot of take out. Some is very good and some, well not so much. This falls in the not so much category for sure. The first thing I’ll say is the service was excellent. I had pizza in hand less than 30 minutes from the time I placed the order through GrubHub’s app. This pizza was $27.50 plus fees and tip which came to over $37.00. I’ve never eaten at Pizza Payaa even though I’ve been in Bloomington for a month and a half so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The first thing that didn’t make me very happy was the sheer size of the pizza. It was the size if my hand which would probably be considered average to small. I’m only 5’10”. Next, as you can see from the pics, the pizza wasn’t sliced. I actually called Pizza Payaa and the lady told me I would have had to request it online if I wanted it sliced. Huh? Now, mind you, I’m not aware of many hotel rooms that have pizza slicers in them. I had to use a steak knife. I realize that is trivial because I’m a man who is very capable of slicing his own pizza but it kind of surprised me, nonetheless. Lastly, in my opinion, this isn’t actually a pizza at all. It is so thick, they should call it a pepperoni cake instead. I paid an additional $3.00 for extra cheese around the edges. I think they forgot the cheese in the middle of the pizza and they really skipped out on the pepperoni as well. Flavor-wise, the pepperoni and cheeze was very good. The crispy cheese on the edges was fantastic. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past the other things that I didn’t like so the slice you see in the picture is the only piece I ate. There was way too much breading (sorry, it was too thick to call it crust). For $27.50 plus tax and tip, I don’t feel as though I got even near my money’s worth even had I eaten it all. It was a real shame throwing it out, for sure. I’m sure they have lots of repeat customers who like pizza made that way but not this guy.

This pizza was SO well cooked and was delicious! Our favorite was the spicy jalapeno/hot honey/pineapple/pepperoni. Definitely a different style than any other pizza place in BloNo – the crust was salty, crunchy perfection. We will definitely be back!

First time trying, so far so good. They recognized the pizza didn’t cook correctly and made a new one, but ended up giving us the other also. Pizza tasted great.

Went to Pizza Payaa for lunch today with my friend after spinning the wheel on Eat Local BloNo’s website! I had a small nibble Pizza Payaa before when I was at a get together so I was excited to have a pizza to myself this time. I LOOOOVE the crust. I feel like a lot of pizza places do not have a thick pan crust like this and Pizza Payaa nails it. The crust is so crunchy and the dough is so soft. I couldn’t stop eating it! The only critique I have is that I would enjoy a bit more sauce on my pizza but it was still so good. Definitely will be back again!

I didn’t know this place was shared with Mass VR but was happy to hear a new location is opening up in Uptown Normal.

My wife and I went here after being told by many people that the food and the whole experience here was excellent. Upon entry we were greeted by multiple employees. The atmosphere was very nice, and felt very welcoming. We decided to get the Honey Badger and the Cheesy Breadsticks. The food came out nice and hot and the portion sizes were very good. Needless to say, we left full and happy. We will definitely come back and continue spreading the word to all of our friends and family.

Absolutely AMAZING pizza!!! Both their gluten free and regular crust is incredible!!! The toppings are fresh, plentiful and unique and the crust is divine!!! My favorite/go to are the the fig and the pig and the honey badger! The s’mores dessert pizza is incredible and if you’re gluten free, just ask them to not use the graham cracker crumbles.

Drove 40 mins for this amazing pizza! Placed an order online and pizza was ready at my selected time! Quick in and out to pick it up! Definitely wish the Greek Freak was on the menu permanently, but there are plenty of options to choose from for those that don’t eat meat. Awesome crust and sauce!

Pizza I just got was noticeably smaller than pizzas I’ve gotten there before. It’s very good, but it feels like now it’s too small for the high price.
