I love this place. It’s our first time and I’m glad because their pizza’s were Delicious. I love the atmosphere and the people are extremely friendly. I love their oven looks very old fashioned. I would highly recommend this restaurant! Extremely family friendly for an early dinner on a Saturday evening.

Open air seating was nice despite the heat. Misters helped cool things down. Tuesday special was great. We were lucky enough to be there during the feast of Saint Benedict, which got us the option of beer instead of wine. Had the Norcino and Porter pizzas. Excellent!

Pizza was great, soft thin crust baked in wood fired pizza oven. They had wine and a variety of specialty beers available. Inside an old historic stone building, formerly the original firehouse. They had heaters on but left the large rollup door open and it was pretty cold inside. We were a large party of about 25 and they kept pizzas coming but other service was definitely lacking. Not sure if self-serve is their norm as this was my first time.

Look no further if you’re looking for delicious food, top notch service, and great ambience. The burrata salad is next level delicious. The woman who took care of us was super helpful and welcoming. She made our experience very pleasant, on top of the food being absolutely delicious. Awesome spot, 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Their Pizza is a very wonderful flat bread probably the best tasting crust I’ve ever had. The ingredients are very fresh and they wood oven bake the pizza right in front of you. The rustic vibe and decor adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Over all great place to dine.

I’ve had some great neopolitan pizza in the past and I was ready to be a little disappointed by Pizza Norcia because I know it is hard to get right. As a local I am happy to say they surprised me! The Carrettiera may be my new favorite pizza, ever. The homemade sausage is excellent.

The pizza was ok. Wood fired pizza always seems to be very thin and that’s what it was. It was also very salty. The service was eh. Not a ton of personality taking our order and never once came to check on us. Where we sat had dirty dishes (every open table had dirty dishes, we didn’t go out of our way to sit at the only dirty table) when we sat down that I moved aside and they sat there the whole time we ate. The other patrons around us finished and left as we were eating and their dishes also sat there until the next customer also moved them. The seating was less than desirable on a hot day. Your choices are either in a building with roll up doors next to the wood fire stove or on the sidewalk in the sun. Don’t think we’d go again but it was decent for a new place for our date night. Also it’s minimum $20 for a basic pizza so it’s pricey.

Most my friends claim this is most authentic pizza outside of Italy. They even make GF dough for my friends with gluten intolerance. As for the atmosphere, the building is an original 1853 General Store that was converted to a fire house before its current use as a Pizzeria. The local rock wall remind me of an Italian medieval wall. — Wine list provides a list of Italian and local wines and are all picked to go with Pizza.– The service is good a casual order-at-the -counter spot, and staff is very friendly. Seems like a happy neighborhood gem with Pizza worth traveling for!
