Over 30 years in the Pizza game from coast to coast and even 3 continents and I found the best traditional crust pizza in this small town. Well done! I’d love to see them attack pan and thin crust. The crust is crispy, some how buttery, not over cooked and the sauce is subtle. I am impressed.
