They don’t pay attention to the instructions of the ordet. I have ordered pizza 3 times with extra sauce and I still get pieces of only crust and cheese all around the square pizza . Ive order subs with extra mayo and onions and got raw onions on my steak and cheese sub. Somebody there doesn’t understand the language or they don’t know how to cook… so disappointing

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce online and designated that I would pay with cash. The food was ready when I arrived and was hot. I was surprised by the large quantity of cheese on top, as I hadn’t requested any cheese. It looked like a hamburger pizza. Upon the first few bites, it also tasted like a hamburger pizza. Eventually I found the spaghetti underneath, and then I noticed it was spicier than I would expect, for meat sauce. If I hadn’t been ravenously wolfing it down, I might have noticed earlier that this wasn’t meat sauce at all. It was marinara sauce with Italian sausage. I don’t know if this was a mistake, or if this is what passes for meat sauce under the laws of the Pizza King. If I order again, I will call via phone and ask how they make their meat sauce. I make it by taking raw ground beef, browning it in a pan, draining some of the fat and then adding it immediately to marinara sauce. If they say they combine their prepared meat chunks with marinara after you order, I will go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE costumer service and the food isn’t all that great. Ordered the wrong sub and called to have it changed. I would’ve been willing to pay for both. The owner grew frustrated almost instantly, cut me off and hung up the phone.
