Great tasting food! My table server Ashley was cool. However, the lady standing in the prep/cook area just eating away on her personal food items. I asked that she wash her hands. Rather she done it or not, can not be too sure. Even after a customer has made an initial complaint about her being seen eating in the kitchen area, she stands there and continue to eat as if health policy did not matter to her or my health as a customer. Reasons why I prefer to cook at home most of the time. Even personally asked the lady myself id she could wash her hands. Other than that overall, 3/5 clean store and great tasting food and good table service.

One of the many pizzerias in town but I honestly only go here for the dessert pizzas or pizzerts. The chocolate chip one is a favorite so we often order it as a sweet option after a main meal. The regular pizzas just aren’t good, in my opinion. The sauce and the crusts are underwhelming. They do offer sir down service and a buffet, which are draws to the eatery. They also offer pasta, sandwiches, salads, and wings and some of those aren’t bad. If I am ordering pizza however I go to another restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience. Food was hot and fresh and the server was super polite and sweet. Got to place a special order that came out super quick and was so good!! We will definitely be retuning again really soon. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!!

My experience at Pizza Inn on Caraway in Jonesboro AR was awful. The buffet was a mess, food was all over the place, and the service was terrible. The pizza options were really bad, and I had a hard time finding anything I actually wanted to eat. Honestly, I’d give this place a 0 out of 10.

I recently called Pizza Inn to ask about picking up leftover buffet food after 9 PM not for myself, but to donate to students in need at university . I explained that I understood the food would otherwise be thrown away and thought it could go to good use helping hungry students instead.
Because many church here do a free food and it is going a long way for students who are in rush or hungry! I saw the impact here which was huge.
The staff were polite and said I needed to speak with the manager. When I did, I was disappointed by his response. He told me that even after 9 PM, he would still charge me full price and that he would rather throw the food away than give it out for free even if it was going to those in need.
This kind of attitude is really disheartening, especially when there’s an opportunity to help people without any extra cost. I wasn’t asking for anything personal — just trying to do something positive for the community. Pizza Inn missed a chance to show compassion and make a small difference.

I would give Zero stars! Rude staff. My family took me to Pizza Inn on Caraway Rd on Mother’s day[ my husband would only go to this one) but No More. Our waitress was rude, we ask for a supreme pizza( 4pcs, the only pizza my 74 yr old husband eats) the waitress told me ” they ask us not to do special requests on Sundays” while we all saw the waitress and others take requests and pizza to other tables. My husband did not get to eat pizza, and as I went to talk to the manager I hear our rude waitress making comments to other waitress that she wasn’t getting us a pizza among otger comments. Was these because my precious son N law is Black? This is the 2nd time this has happened. Ruined my Mother’s day lunch. We will Never go back there. Come on Pizza Inn Do better.

Just left here. Food dried out and the crust cracker thin. Waitress rude, plus never checked on us after brought drinks. I usually leave 30% tip, but left zero today
