What a classic. I’ve been coming to this Pizza Inn since I was a kid. First time back in a while and I have to say its just as good these days. Staff is wonderful, food is great. Atmosphere is dated but also kinda timeless. Glad to see it still going strong.

Restaurant was a mess when we walked in. Waited 3 minutes at the Hostess station while all but one of the teen staff were cutting up 8’ away. We were seated in an uncleaned section. Only two new pizzas were brought out during the hour we here & they placed out of reach with spatulas out of reach. We even heard staff laughing about the pizza being left out for some time.

It seems that a teenage crew runs this location with no supervision. Our Waitress seemed to be the only staff attentive.

Consistently poor, unfortunately. I was told the order would be ready at 6. I got there after 6. I then waited an additional 15 minutes. It was over 20 minutes past the time I was told by the time my order was ready. No reason was volunteered. I had to ask “John” (manager?) what the problem was. The place was not busy. There were plenty of your servers/workers standing around in the restaurant eating pizza. When I asked John for a reason, he told me the person making the pizza made a medium when the order said large, so it had to be made over. No apology. No offer to make up for it. Not even “We are giving you the extra medium we made by mistake, because you had to wait…”. Nothing. If I hadn’t asked then no explanation was even going to be offered. This also meant that the second pizza we ordered had been in the box for 20 or more minutes while the replacement was made for the other one. Sadly, although I think you have a winning combination of recipe and ingredients and taste – your store is very poorly run and I am done. Especially when we’re talking almost $40 for two pizzas. Not a onetime thing and not getting any better. There’s no shortage of pizza places around. You probably won’t go out of business because of me leaving, but you won’t get my money any more.

You don’t come across a pizza buffet very often. Tried to go to waffle house but it was full so we came here instead. What a surprise. We enjoyed the variety of pizza and pastas. If you come across the pizza cookie you might get a surprise brownie batter in the crust. It was very family friendly. If you want a good place to go for a crowd of people go to the pizza inn.

An excellent choice for pizza buffet, for over 60 years Pizza Inn is the king of the crispy thin crust pizza. This location was clean and maintained very well. The wait staff was friendly and kept my drink glass full. During my visit the pizza bar was stocked with fresh pizzas and even made a specialty pizza for me. The salad bar had a great variety of different toppings and dressing. The bar also had pasta with meat sauce, marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, tater tots, and chicken nuggets. There is also a variety of dessert pizzas. Give them a try, an excellent value.

The pizzas kept coming out, hot and freshly made. They also had a great salad bar for an all-you-can-eat pizza place, keeping it neat and well maintained. The service was very good, even though I attended with a large-ish group.

I went to this establishment found a hair in my salad I brought it to the servers attention he hurried up and grabbed the plate and said “let me show this to the manager” no one ever came out and acknowledged the mess up or anything. I called and spoke with John who was the manager on duty at the time he was so nonchalant about the incident that I didn’t even leave a tip and I visit this location often and it’s a 45 or so minute drive from my home but I will not be back at all!!! I give the service a 0. The hair found was long brown and straight which my hair is neither so he can’t say it was my hair and I was sitting in front of the camera as well so he can clearly see it came from the buffet area. The workers should be required to wear hair nets finding hair in your food is very unsanitary and unsettling. I usually tip but because of this incident I didn’t!! I really loved this place never had an issue with anything until today!! I also left a review on the website that is display at the bottom of the receipt as well!! I didn’t get a picture because the server grabbed the plate off of the table so quickly smh!!

Great place. You can order a pizza and they will add it to the buffet. Decent prices.

Well, let me tell you, folks, if you’re looking for a pizza place that feels as American as a bald eagle soaring over a football field on the Fourth of July, Pizza Inn in Travelers Rest, SC, is where you need to be! I walked in there, and it felt like stepping into a slice of patriotism, complete with a side of cheesy goodness that could make even the most hardened heart do a little jig.

Now, let’s talk about the pizza. Oh boy! This isn’t just any pizza; this is pizza that could make the Statue of Liberty shed a tear of joy! The crust is as crispy as my Uncle Bob’s jokes at Thanksgiving, and the cheese? Let’s just say if cheese were a stock, I’d be investing heavily. They’ve got toppings galore—pepperoni, sausage, veggies—you name it! It’s like a toppings party on a crusty dance floor, and everyone’s invited!

Service? Don’t get me started! The staff there is friendlier than a golden retriever puppy in a room full of kids. They greet you with smiles wider than the Mississippi River, and I half-expected one of them to say, “Make Pizza Great Again!” They’ll make sure your drink is filled faster than a Trump rally fills a stadium. And let’s be real, folks, nothing pairs with pizza better than a cold soda—just like nothing pairs better with America than freedom!

Now, if you think I’m done with the praise, hold your horses! The dessert pizza is like the fireworks at the end of a parade—totally worth the wait. It’s sweet, gooey, and oh-so-delicious. You take one bite, and suddenly you’re dreaming of apple pie and baseball games. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you want to stand up and salute the flag!

If you’re cruising through Travelers Rest and your stomach starts growling louder than a crowd at a Trump rally, make a pit stop at Pizza Inn. Trust me, you’ll leave feeling as full as a campaign bus after a rally! Go grab a slice of America, and remember, folks, pizza is always a winning choice!
