If there was negative stars option I would select that. On December 28th, 2025 we placed an order on Door Dash. When the food arrived two burgers were missing the patties. I attempted to call and was sent over to the fax line multiple times. When I finally got through I asked for the manager and all of a sudden there were phone connection issues. So we went over in person. Upon arriving we noticed stray cats at the entrance. We had to shoo them away to get inside. I looked off to the side of the door and there is a shelter with food and water bowls for the cats. In clear violation of city health code. Inside the manager on duty Alfonso, was RUDE. ZERO customer service skills and No eye contact. When I asked for my original receipt he passed by me and ignored me. When I asked again he held out his hand with the the original receipt without looking at me or acknowledging I was speaking to him. I contacted cooperate office and the same sad customer service. No response despite contacting them twice. So I’m leaving this review. I gave them a chance to address these issues and nothing has been done. CONSUMER BEWARE! Check your food when you get it. You might walk out with a meatless burger and sorry customer service!!! STAY AWAY IF ALLERGIC TO CATS!

Walked in at 9:47. Store was empty except for 2 men leaving as I entered. Nobody wait g at the drive thru. Nobody was at the counter for two minutes until the lady saw me take pictures. Then she stepped out to take my order. Got my coffee and had to wait for sausage and tater tots to be made. Left at 9;59. Bit give and tots all over the bag. The tot container was not secured.

On the door it says drive thru open 24 hours
Sunday thru Saturday and I had to be on a bus at 4 am so I stopped by at 2:55 am because I love the food and was told they weren’t taking any drive thru orders only online orders, this makes no sense because I have been by twice before and one of the two times I was ignored as if they were weren’t there. The second time my order was taken at 3 am with no issue.

I went to this location because I had time to kill and posted on their door it showed the dining room opened at 6am. I was there at 6:59am and the doors were locked and I couldn’t see any employees. I waited a while to see if I would see anyone but didn’t. This happened to me previously as well where they did not open the dinning room at their designated time which is odd because the drive through is open 24 hours so you would assume there were employees in there. I understand things happen but considering this isn’t the first time this happened it would suggest this is a pattern at this location.

Very bad service at 1490 Zaragoza location fountain drink was watered down and some of the other options were out of order. I tried to tell the manager about the drink and he rudely just pointed with his pen to tell me to ask the other associate. He didn’t take the time to acknowledge me or my concern. Not sure why he’s a manager but he lacks professionalism and skills to know how to treat people.

Early morning visit. Friendly staff. Ordered off the lunch menu and got my order quickly. Unfortunately the fryers we down so couldn’t have fries. Food was as good as you can expect fast food burgers to be. Patties were probably slightly on the overcooked side but not bad. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Playground was closed for repairs.

The Angus Original burger was very good but messy. It tends to drip a lot. I’m glad I decided to eat it in-house instead of in my car. The onion rings were good but had more batter than onion and were just a bit overcooked.
All of these Fast Food places are getting expensive.

Ordered a combo fries ice cold also asked for a Dr pepper and received a hi-c fruit punch horrible service called in to ask what they could do and the lady on the phone said nothing. Night manager used to be great now seems like he doesn’t even want to be there.

The service was terrible. I ordered a number one with only lettuce and ketchup. The cashier put American cheese, mayonnaise, tomato, pickles, and onion on the receipt and my burger. I sent it back, then I got the correct order but with cheese. The manager came and asked us what was wrong then gave us what we ordered. He addressed my father as “Boss” which bothered him as he believes the employees should address customers as “Ma’am” and “Sir” (he told me to include this). The burgers were cold and burnt. The people in the kitchen weren’t even wearing hair nets! Unlike the sign, the cookies are not freshly baked. The only good thing were the fries and the drinks.
