I ordered two whoppers without veggies but I got one with veggies. I called them and they started a an argument with us. They had me come back and showed the wrong burger on the receipt. The guy who took my order asked me many questions about how I ordered. And they started shifting blame between cashier and kitchen. I do t care about it. I just wanted to get right order. They finally gave me a right one without apology. If you don’t want to come back , check your order before leaving !

Our order was accurate and the cashier was very friendly. Thankful for that — including letting us choose which toy went into the kids meal!! At the same time, there was a code on the Coke machine which is extremely inconvenient for customers. And despite the pandemic truly being over, the playground is still closed with no explanation. It looks like a great playground, but has been closed for five years based on my previous attempts to visit. The bathroom requires being buzzed in by a cashier — which is awful if you (or your potty training child) gotta go. Finally, it’s cold: all of the employees have their coats on too. Won’t be back

I had ordered 2 double cheese burgers, buffalo nuggets , ice coffee and large chicken fry off of doordash but when the food got delivered I noticed right away the bag was unusually light .I open it up and nothing I order was in there .all I got was a chicken sandwich and a small fry with my ice coffee. When I went to refund it with Door dash they declined the refund twice. Either yall scamming or lazy with 1 brain cell..

Updating and lowering rating. Brought kids to eat and enjoy playplace twice in 2 weeks. Both times business was slow and service was slow and unorganized. Place was dirty both times, windows and tables disgusting, never any ketchup. When someone does go to lobby they pick up trays only. Don’t clean the tables. When they bring out a broom it gets left for someone to trip on and forgotten. (these things happened both visits and took pics). Food was hard and dry nuggets, cold buns and bread, had to get items missed from order. I will not bring kids back as I’m sure the playplace toy hasn’t been cleaned either. Very poor management. This place needs fixing, badly.

The food isn’t bad, prices went up, code lock on drink machine, no loitering signs, lobby not very clean. Just put the drink machine behind the counter, at least then it will feel a little more inviting. I only get my food to go now the environment doesn’t feel very pleasant or welcoming

l was getting double burger but last time l hated because there was bacon inside of the double burger. They had changed the meals. l will not buy anymore.
