Very nostalgic feel here. The customer service was awesome! Our waitress checked on us routinely. She also asked diners if they had any buffet requests. We arrived shortly after theu opened, 11:25am. I will say quite a few of the pizzas on the buffet were charred, to the point they were inedible. Other items were already cold and/or dried out.Yet, we managed to find a few pizza slices that were ok. Those were delicious. I was a bit disappointed by the chocolate chip pizzert. The top was liquefied. I’ve been patronizing the franchise over 30 years (Goldsboro location). Their chocolate chip pizzert has a cake-like topping not runny.

JoDee was fabulous. She has the best attitude and made mine and my husband lunch date great. She was attentive but not overbearing. They made sure I got my ooey gooey pizza. Recommend Pizza Inn in Dunn every time.

This was our first time at Pizza Inn and we were so pleased with the experience! Kailey was so welcoming and the service continued to be upbeat and friendly during our entire dinner. The restaurant was clean and fresh food was brought out consistently for us to enjoy!

Had not been here in quite a while because we just got to where it was inconsistent as far as food and service. Came in today at lunch and WOW what a difference. Pizza was excellent and fresh! They were steadily bringing pizzas out and taking away slices that had been sitting for a bit. The manager, Rhonda, was constantly checking on tables, running food, and even clearing tables along with all of the other wait staff. We will definitely be back very soon.

We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Inn! The service was awesome—the staff were incredibly kind and patient with our three little kids, which made the whole visit so enjoyable and stress-free. The food was great too, fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to Anna Belle and Terri for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

This quaint pizza eatery is a throw back to the times when we all could still enjoy a beautiful salad bar but they do it different adding a pizza, soup and dessert bar also. It’s a well established place with a loyal clientele. Pizzas is good, especially when fresh from the oven. Some had been sitting for a short time and the crust was still crispy. Drink refills are normal & you are offered a to go if you have drinks left over. It’s a quick lunch or dinner break you will Enjoy.

My family and I went to Pizza Inn on the night of the Jeremy Tart fundraiser(2/27/26). This particular Pizza Inn is amazingly accommodating when hosting a fundraiser.

Excellent food and excellent service! We were greeted by Rhonda, who was extremely friendly, and made us feel right at home. She offered to make any specialty pizza we wanted, but the selection was already great. We were seated immediately, and drinks came out before we even made it back from the buffet. Pam was extremely friendly and welcoming as well.
This place brought back some nostalgia for my husband and I, because we both grew up remembering this chain, so when we saw this place last week, we knew we had to come back and give it a try. Everything tastes the way we remembered! The music station was playing some really great songs as well, that brought back memories from our younger years.
I told my husband that after this experience, this little place makes me want to sell our house and move to Dunn!
