Ordered personal pan supreme combo. Bread stix were over baked/burned on the edge, pizza was under cooked/bottom was raw and doughy and way too much cheese and very little toppings. Very disappointing. BAD!

The kids loved the play area. It did take a bit of them for the pizza to come out but it was hot and fresh so that is a plus. Good place over all. If there was a negative it was that the eating area could be cleaned a bit more but it was not terrible.

This pizzahut is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. First of all the lady that answered the phone didn’t even know what she was talking about. She gave the phone to someone else.. The guy that took my order took about 10 minutes for me to order a large pizza and wings. We then waited an hour and 15 minutes for our pizza then called they said “its on the way”. We waited another 45 minutes and it finally got here.. The manager gave us the pizza for free, but the point it that they have horrible customer service. If you are going to order get somewhere more reliable.

Ordered a Cheese Pizza through the Drive Thru…Attendant said “that will take 10 minutes, will that be OK”? I told her sure, that’s fine..I paid, she says just park in one of the spaces on the right and we will bring it to your car..30 minutes later…I had to step over to the Drive-Thru window and ask the young Man who was leaned out the window texting about my order…. they then brought it out the side door..no apologies, no we are sorry you had to wait…nothing. I proceeded to take it back in the restaurant..had to literally speak loudly to get someone to come to the Counter…finally a young attendant…then the Manager on Duty…I just wanted a refund and the Female Manager was very polite and kind… returned my money and kindly offered to give me the food…but while waiting I observed dirty counters, corn left uncovered and conversation from Team Members that wasn’t kind.

Go through the drive through. Order a pizza. Told it would be a 7 minute wait. That’s fine. I’ll get fresh pizza. Told to park in a parking spot. I wait over 20 minutes. Finally walk in to find out the person who was supposed to bring it to me went on break. Guess they don’t have anyone else that could bring it out.

The place is disgusting and I have no idea how it has not been shut down. There’s whole containers of food underneath the seats, used bandaid in the floor. In the bathroom there was fecal matter all over the walls that was dried. The ceiling is falling down from what looks like water damage. The place looks like a death trap. If there’s any way possible, just stay away.

I will never return. Not only is the building in disrepair, but the employees progect depression and annoyance at your presence…if they will even speak to you at all. I also work in food service and it can be incredibly trying at times but my experience today was completely and totally uncalled for. Spend your money elsewhere.
