We used the self order/checkout. Our food was prepared quickly but my tacos were already soggy in just a couple minutes from the counter to the table. We order dine in and it was placed in a bag so that may be why? It is not bad for the price and everyone that worked there was friendly.

I have only dined in this place a few times during the day when they have the buffet. The service was fast, the food was hot and they were always putting new pizza on the buffet. The salad bar doesn’t have a huge selection of different things but what is there is fresh and the salad dressings taste good. Check out was quick and I would recommend eating here on your lunch break but do get there early because it isn’t a lot of seating. Now for take out, if you call in an order 25 to 30 minutes before you pick up, your pizza will be ready and hot.

pizza hut delivery service was awful. the woman would not bring it to the door. she also drove on a sidewalk. i requested she meet at the security desk, but she refused to go the distance of roughly 300ft. she then proceeded to say this is not gonna work and said i will be refunded for the pizza that could have easily been delivered, wasting both my time and money.

Man the taco bells in Colonial Heights have employees who are just not having a good day. Lack of attention to detail. Carelessness with completing orders. If someone pays 50 dollars for food and only get 40 dollars worth, where is the insentive to come back to your business?
