Will never go to this location again. It use to be great until they got some new workers. The one older lady is the rudest and slowest person I have ever met. First time I’ve ever said screw this I’m leaving. Matter of fact this is the first time I have ever write a review but this was warranted. I will never be back to this location as long as this woman is there. I live down the road and will drive to Arabi if I feel the need for subway.

I love going to Subway, but I only go a few times a year. Normally, I enjoy going, but at this Subway, I ordered and got my sandwich, but when I went to get my drink, there was no tea (I do not drink sodas, I’m a tea person), like the tea container was just gone. And, well, maybe they just ran out (with barely anyone going there?) BUT THERE WERE NO LIDS, or napkins! Also, the sandwich was not good compared to how it normally is at other locations, but it was acceptable. For 15 dollars, I had higher expectations.

This will be the last time I get anything from this location. I asked for the new Homestyle Chicken salad wrap. The man taken my order didn’t understand me and then the man he asked still didn’t get it correct. I tried to explain and even showed them their sign on the window that says $5 New Homestyle Chicken Salad wrap. The man said it’s not a chicken salad done like tuna salad is done. It’s just rotisserie chicken wrap. Which I know is not correct. I had already looked it up prior to going. They both literally looked confused and there was another employee there sitting down and he seemed confused also. After I left, I looked up there online order menu and the New Homestyle Chicken Salad isn’t on their menu yet they have a sign for it. Also they seem to always be out of the sidekicks every time we’ve wanted to get a churro, or pretzel. I understand these are franchises, but if you do not have the new items don’t put it on your frontage advertising or menu. As well as know the new products. I worked in restaurant industry for many years and for franchises. Anytime a new product came out everyone was trained on that product. I’ve added a picture of what the wrap is supposed to be and what they gave me. They gave me a rotisserie chicken wrap which is what they said was on the sign and it is not.

I ordered a 6 inch sub and the bread was so HARD it crumbled. This is so disappointing, but the weather is too nasty to go back.

I drove up to the drive-thru and waited a while before some stated to pull to the window. When the worker came to the window I was immediately greeted with an attitude. It was as if he was rushing me to order and seemed impatient. After telling the guy my first item. I spoke up to let him know I didn’t like the way he was speaking to me. He immediately became defensive stating he was not rude. He stated something else and I stated I didn’t want anything. He slammed the window mumbling.

Food was awful it tasted sour and steak and cheese shouldn’t taste that way. the couple bites I did eat made me sick that I didn’t want food the next day either..my husband was also feeling sick from it.all service was tips cash tips…then next morning look up time they would be open which was 8am so i went there no one there so i ran some errands and called a few times no answer so about 9am went back there surely some one was there…. And the manager was there this time .She did refund my money but if food (meats) are sliced daily how could this happen. Sorry but I’ll never eat at that subway again

I came across this, crew if I may and they were such team players. They all greeted me when I came in and had smiles on their faces. But the service was even better. I didn’t catch their names like I should have but it was two women and one man. I know the man’s name is Will. And for the two women they were plus William, great conversation holders. Not too much and not too little. And the food dressed amazingly and everything was fresh, it had my taste buds screaming for more. Thank you.

Looked on the website and the app and says this location would be able to make a meatball marinara melt. So I can finally try and just see if it’s any good with extra cheese. When I walk in the building I was waiting for them to like knowledge me. Another girl was placing an order so I understand the wait.. Not a problem but when they finally got talking to me they told me unfortunately this location doesn’t do the melt even though it says they do. And then she’s unable to make it for me so it’s a little bit disappointing with marketing information in the store not doing the same as the marketing information

I ordered a 6-inch tuner fish on wheat bread toasted. Bread was burnt and hard bell peppers was yellow. This is one tuna sandwich I did not enjoy, wind up throwing it away

We were waiting at the drive thru for about 5 minutes and could hear employees playing around, but they wouldn’t acknowledge us so we pulled up to the window and the guy said we had to go inside because there’s “too many people” we were the only people in line and they had just served the car ahead of us in the drive thru. What’s the point of having a drive thru if the employees just decide to close it? We were not dressed to go inside so, unfortunately had to go somewhere else.
