Much mahalo to Bronson! His warm aloha spirit from the beginning of greeting us at the door & taking our order to the end of walking out to hand deliver it to us is one we will remember. In addition to Bronson’s exemplary customer service the pizza was seriously the best. We are loyal Dominoes customers but after tonight we will be customers of Papa John’s! Papa Johns is better than Dominoes!! The pizza was baked to perfection and it wasn’t salty at all. The only feedback I have is that their light for the business is out and we couldn’t see them from the parking lot.

I have to say I ate one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time and all bc of these dedicated workers. And my son the most pickiest eater I know was in love. Papa John used Door Dash to deliver our pizza. The driver picked up our pizza and apparently needed gas so he stopped for gas. Pizza ready at 4:14pm Received pizza at 4:48. Should have been a 10 min drive. Driver received a 20% tip and when asked…” Had to get gas” …That’s not ok! Pizza was lukewarm warm!

Ordering online is good, saves a lot of time and hassle having to hear specials over the phone.
Decided to pick up because it’s a lot faster than waiting for delivery, and the driver getting lost because our location is not located on the map.
Anyways we ordered the New York style pizza, and I thought the toppings are supposed to hit the edges, but it just looked like a normal xl pizza.. which was a bummer, but course not a deal breaker. That is the only reason for the less star.
Order wings, a small hawaiian pizza, and a papadeia. Which were all good.

I order pizza on line it took 80 min to get here, and paid $82 dollars for 2 pizzas. Also the order was wrong I called when I received the wrong order they never answered the phone. I order the heart pizza didn’t get it either. So not happy here. ( the stickers were right but the pizzas inside were wrong )

Valentine’s Day dinner is stressful no matter where you are. Papa John’s went above and beyond to repair a mistake made by a competitor. Thank you guys so much for saving my night out with the wife by feeding my kids at home!! You guys were even kind enough to send a beautiful red rose to our sitter. Best customer service!!!

This Papa John’s has been my go-to pizza place for the past 5 years, and the quality of the pizza and their service have always been outstanding. I normally order carry-out and it has never been delayed or poorly made even when they are busy during the weekends. And you cannot beat the Web Wednesday deal for carry-out. It’s great to have a place like this that serves quality food in our neighborhood. I highly recommend any of their specialty pizzas!

Ordered at 5 pm and requested the 2 pizza order at 6 pm. Jessica from Door Dash finally delivered at 7:48 pm. The pizza was not warm, my family was hangry and I wish I did not tip in advance $10. I don’t know who is at fault, but I will NEVER order for delivery again from this Papa John. Since Door Dash delivers the pizzas, you’re better off driving down yourself and carrying out.
