This location is not serving Pan Crust so don’t waist your money. If you are charging extra for pan crust I should get it. This is the 3rd time I made it home and to be disappointed with my pizza because I did not get what I paid for. I don’t want to drive all the way back down there but I am started to feel ripped off.

Isamu was the “working manager” tonight and was the worst person I have ever dealt with. I order a BBQ chicken bacon pizza online like I always do. The last two times it has come WITHOUT bbq sauce when I request extra. I called to get it handled because again this is the second time this has happened. He starts to argue with me about it because supposedly he made it. There isn’t a drop of BBQ sauce on it. I have pictures and a video. I didn’t even eat it, I’ll be bringing it in tomorrow for the manager. He was rude from the get go so I got loud at the end because he continued to argue about it telling me I’m wrong. Someone needs to teach buddy boy customer service.

I didn’t just go to Pizza Hut for food… I went for emotional rehabilitation.
After failing my driver’s test for the third time (apparently blinkers are not decorative accessories), I was spiraling. My confidence? Gone. My dignity? On life support. My parallel parking? A community hazard.
Then I ordered the breadsticks.
Those buttery, garlic-dusted wands of carb-based therapy reached into my defeated little soul and said, “You may not have a license, but you do have taste.” One bite and suddenly I didn’t care that I forget to signal like it’s optional. The marinara sauce held me the way the DMV never could.
By breadstick number four, I had accepted that maybe I’m not meant to operate heavy machinery — but I am meant to consume perfectly seasoned dough.
Failed my test. Passed the vibe check.
Thank you, Pizza Hut, for reminding me that while I may not be street legal, I am breadstick blessed. Also thank you for being affordable. Many blessings to you ↔️

No dine-in here. Always phone in order and carry out. Usually a reasonable deal advertised on their website. Better than Dominos! The pan crust was a few bucks extra but a nice upgrade.

Mushy pizza with very hard spots. The bottom left piece chipped my tooth. Now I have to go to the dentist and have it rounded out. This is supposed to be a Big New Yorker. I texted a friend who currently works at A Pizza Hut in Oregon. After seeing the picture she believes the dough was kept one to two days past expiration. Having rolled dough for pizza places as a high schooler, I believe she does sound correct. Toppings were fine, as that’s mainly what we ate (didn’t have time to go back, leaving town). Prime example of what can go wrong when you’re saving the pre-frozen dough for too long. Edit: I forgot to mention there is a long running issue with this location when it comes to food quality but typically prior to this purchase it was only due to extremely excessive delivery times. Usually every time I pick up from this location it’s fine (Not great, but fine) . It appears management is deciding to not throw out bad dough.

Worst pizza we have ever had! We ordered pepperoni and black olive. Literally no pepperoni black olives we shriveled. We only ate the top off! Got a box deal. 2 med pizzas bread sticks & 8 wings. Go in for online order, guy says it’s all there when I go to look. So I pay and leave. Get home the pizzas were swapped and missing toppings. Crust so hard my dogs won’t eat them. Bread sticks ” cheddar & bacon” not cheddar, only mottza. And 8 wings that aren’t there at all. You guys got me but it won’t happen again, ever!!!!!! Surprised your still in business. If your hungry go somewhere else, maybe you’ll get what you ask for.
