This is that good good with the most fresh fish you can find, properly made in a burrito. I am happy we stopped by. The Volcano Bowl wasn’t that spicy but adding their chili sauce has my lips burning still after 20 minutes leaving, which to me is a great thing. Fresh tuna, fresh salmon, i’ll be back.

With a name like “sushi burrito and poke bowls” I assumed it would be a safe, decent, spot for lunch, but man! this place was above and beyond! Their tonkotstu Raman had some seriously exceptional broth and they brought us an appetizer on the house that was a beautiful lightning seared salmon wrapped around mango slices with lime and fish roe. This was one of those rare lucky finds!
