Paid more. Got less. Shopped under “Pizza Hut Deals” . This was sold as a hand tossed stuffed crust Pizza, but the crust was paper-thin, dry, hollow, and floppy. Literally nothing like the thick, buttery crust Pizza Hut built its reputation on. Prices keep going up while quality keeps going down. If this is the new normal, advertise it for what it is, paper thin pizza. (Paper tray included in photo for reference.)

Husband chipped his tooth of our pizza. Hard as a rock!!!! Called local number only to be filtered through to some call center guy that took 14 minutes for this guy to answer then he answers don’t understand the language says oh it’s the story problem gotta patch you through so then another 17 minutes on hold the store no Nikolai answers. I said I have a problem with the order. He says I need to have you speak to my manager. Throws phone down for about a minute then bam on hold music comes on for another 18 minutes and then the phone disconnects I kid you not I called back. I talked to another gatekeeper He says I can’t help you. This is a store problem patches me through 23 minutes and I finally just hang up the phone. The pizza was as hard as a rock. My husband took a bite chipped his tooth. It was ice cold about an hour late I can’t get a hold of anybody and the fact that I was put on hold and then disconnected again Not good. Hard as a rock. This was the second order in less than two weeks that went all sideways. I let that go! Both times food right in trash! Absolutely not stuffed crust!!!!!! Gosh. Do better. This sounds bad but this location is 2 blocks away. But we order bc we do. And pay the $6. Anyway yea! Update. The manager contacted me the next day and resolved all of my issues. Thank you.

This Pizza Hut has a banner outside advertising a large 1 topping pizza for carryout for $8 – but when I call to order, I am connected to a call center somewhere overseas and that price doesn’t show up on their computer. So, I have to ask to be connected to the store.
The problem with that is that THE STORE NEVER ANSWERS. So, my only option is to go in and order in person then sit and wait.
I tried to do this tonight. After waiting on hold for a good 15 minutes, the store simply hung up on me.
So, I can order in person and wait in-store for 30 minutes to get my $8 pizza, or I can order ahead over the phone (or on the website) and pay a lot more than $8.
I’ve just given up with this place! If you’re going to offer an $8 pie, that’s great, but give us a way to order it without physically walking in the store and waiting 30 mins! I don’t know what you need to do, contact that call center and let them know about this special (better yet – DON’T USE THE CALL CENTER – just pick up your own phone when someone calls to order!).

Our food took over 20 minutes. Staff seemed less then happy to be there and the restaurant has been a covid victim. Very uncomfortable seating inside. But I understand that most people don’t sit down for pizza anymore. Food was hot though. Only bottled drinks available also.

This was the first time we went to the Selah pizza hut since we usually eat dine-in in Yakima. But right when we entered and asked to dine-in, the worker just asked “what do you want”. I was so confused because usually they sit us down and give us menus in the Yakima pizza huts. But he then handed us menus and we just stood by the entrance all awkwardly. He then just told us to order at the counter and we can take our food to the table.
Why would he make us order carryout when we said dine-in?
If you want a Pizza Hut “Dine-in experience”, don’t go to this Pizza Hut. Go to Yakima.

While waiting for my food there is a nice open doorway that you can see the employees work. Unfortunately, I witnessed throughout the making of the pizzas there were no gloves being worn. I saw them touch their hair, doors, etc. no handwashing was done in between. Then if they were wearing gloves they wouldn’t take it off/ put new ones on when they’d touch other things outside of the food. Non of this is sanitary.
