Dairy Queen never disappoints! The ice cream is always delicious, the Blizzards are a classic favorite, and the food is hot and tasty. The staff here is friendly and fast, and it’s a great place to stop in for a treat with the family. Always leaves us smiling!

The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was hot and juicy. One of the meals came with a sundae. I was asked if I’d like my sundae with the meal or later. When I went back later for the sundae, there were no issues with obtaining it. She had remembered my order. The place was very clean. The patrons were friendly.

This place is an awesome childhood memory of mine! Every time I’ve come, they’ve gotten my order correct, and the service is always nice. The food is awesome for a fast food place, and if you’ve never had DQ, I recommend this for a first DQ experience. I’ll be coming back

First off, don’t waste your time with the curbside service. We’ve only done it 3 times, got there at the time that the app says it will be ready, and then just sit there and watch so many cars go through the drive through. Our fault for not learning the first time, but just trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Well, tonight, I got there on time and waited 20 minutes! My wife finally called in there. No apology what so ever.
Not long after, a girl brings the order out. No apology at. I asked a question about the order and I got the snottiest, squinty eyed upward inflection of “What?” as if I just asked the dumbest question ever. When I asked the question again, I got “the receipt is in the bag”. Doubled checked the receipt, confirmed it was correct and she just walks off.
We’ve been coming here for over 30 years and the service just seems to get worse and worse. Seems like management needs to spend some more time training about good customer service…..oh yeah, and how to make Texas Toast instead of buttered bread.
This might just be the last time we go here. For the time it took, we could have gone through the drive through in Colona, been treated better and made it home in the same amount of time. Sorry Geneseo DQ, it’s time for a divorce.
Response: pretty generic response that doesn’t focus on change in any way. Looking at other negative reviews, it’s just the same old thing. Not interested in refunds or free food. Just want to be treated respectfully when I go. That won’t happen here though. Try some true customer service training with respect and kindness DQ!

My family eats here often as their menu fulfills a various spread of needs. The staff has always been kind and I’ve never met an ice cream dessert I didn’t like. Someday I hope to order something other than the chicken tender basket but I don’t see that happening as you can’t top perfection.

This is by far the best dairy queen around. The food is good, the oil used in the fryers never tastes old, and always friendly service! It’s obvious the owners stay on top of everything. I like to stop everytime I’m in town! 🙂

We had a very delicious meal. We enjoyed the tasty ice cream. We were there to celebrate a child’s birthday. But..sad because this DQ will close for winter. It Will open again next year! Hope to see the friendly faces soon!

They had a sign on the speaker that said they couldn’t serve burgers. I understand things happen, but I was in line for 15 minutes before I got to the speaker! Then you can’t get out of line! Maybe put a sign up before you get to the speaker, so everyone doesn’t sit in the drive thru forever, thinking they are getting the food they want.
