What I asked for at the register, in-person, face-to-face:
Pepperoni, Bacon, & Ham on the whole.
Then Pineapple on half, and Mushroom on the other half.
What I got:
Pepperoni, Bacon, & Ham on the whole.
Mushroom and Pineapple TOGETHER on just one HALF.
I was literally flabbergasted as I had to triple check with the person at the cash register, and was assured that she understood and when she explained it back to me, it still sounded wrong.
I remained friendly and just let it go, I trusted that I was just misunderstanding.
But I was right, the order was wrong.
Just use the app, save time and headaches. ♂️

Got my first order wrong and when I got the replacement order it was still wrong i wasn’t able to pick up the replacement order because i was hosting my sons birthday party the Manager was very rude and refused to replace the order that they messed up in the first place.
