Had us pull up and got fresh hot curly fries and chicken tenders for our dog. He inadvertently popped a hole on our doing cup and they gave us another one for free and helped avoid terrible mess in our vehicle thank you Arby’s

Tonight my experience was absolutely terrible! I placed in a simple order, drove over giving them time to make our order. I pulled into the drive thru and was immediately told to wait. No one was inside nor in the parking lot. I drove past the sign and by the window and the staff was standing around, or sweeping while I was at the speaker and one truck was waiting for there food. I send my daughter inside to get our order which should have been ready. They asked my daughter what she needed and then told her to wait while they made our order. The “manager” grabbed my sandwich and pulled off something and put Swiss cheese on it. When I looked at my sandwich it was wrapped crappy and looked like it had been thrown around. I went in to ask about my sandwich. The supposed manager was in the kitchen and looked directly at me THREE different times not once asking if I needed anything. A young man came to the front & greeted me and when i asked him for a manager he said she was the manager. I asked she is the manager? Because she had looked at me three 1-2-3 different times and never once asked me what I needed or anything. She explained that she used gloves and wanted to make sure I got the big eye Swiss I paid for instead of the Swiss whomever put on it. She didn’t offer to fix it nor come up with any solution. So I turned around and walked out. I am floored at the terrible service.

Was here for the Fourth of July fireworks.
Came in from Texas to see my daughter and son-in-law and grandkids.
Didn’t actually get to see the fireworks cause I had to leave before they went off, but it was a nice little little park.. fairground.
Lots of town folk were there. Very nice…
They also had 3 food trucks.

The brisket was flat on flavor and only three small pieces of meat u could eat in one bite. 98 percent bread nasty. At least gyro was good but priced to high.

I can’t say enough good things about Arby’s franchise. At all the locations that I visit I have yet to have any issues (knock on wood). The food is always fresh, the service is always quick, and the workers are always friendly. In this day in time It is hard to come across such gracious hospitality. I do very much appreciate it.

Very disappointed. Manager basically called me a liar because she didn’t want to serve the beef and cheddar with the red ranch that it’s supposed to come with….very rude and unprofessional. I mean if you’re trying to save on cost, don’t jip the customer and say it’s always been that way…stupid stupid stupid. Fries were hard and dry and food was sloppily put together…wouldn’t recommend at all
