Haven’t been here for a while so I ordered take out. So disappointed! Tried their chicken, bacon melt. Thought I was biting into chicken and it was raw fat bacon. Even makes the whole wrap taste like old FAT! Will never go here again. Why don’t they fry the bacon? And the flat bread was dry and hardly anything on it!

I don’t know who was working on this day for the closing shift but we waited for 30 minutes for a small pepperoni pizza. Girl with red hair took my order and the other girl was walking around on her phone avoiding the drive through window. Other cars in the parking lot waiting as well. I understand closing shift is stressful especially in food service but 30-45 for a personal pizza is insane.

Hubby and I call this a hidden gem! I honestly don’t understand why there isn’t a crowd here at lunch time! They’ve got a nice salad bar, great air conditioning and fabulous staff! This place is spotlessly clean! Couldn’t find the special that’s been trending on Facebook {The Hot Box} and the waiter was kind enough to tell us all about it!

We reserved the entire dining area for our group of 60. They were friendly and accommodating thru the planning of this excursion. All our pizzas were ready to go right when we got there. They brought us everything we needed and kept up on refilling our 10 pitchers of soda. All us chaperones were amazed w the service and comfort of dining in w our large group. Thank you Carlos for all your great assistance!!

Friendly staff, good food, has an option for drive thru, which is convenient. Only reason why atmosphere is a 3 star is because its cold in there, but still a great place overall.

Terrible Service. Ordered Cheese Dip Pizza on the phone. Specifically asked for Marinara Sauce. Did not get the marinara sauce. Called about it and I was told they could not find my order. Employees did not give their names or did want to make things right. Terrible. I used to love Pizza Hut. Dominos never did me like that. Any mistakes were taken care of on the spot. Last time I call Pizza Hut.

So went in today..take in consideration we in phase 2 with dine in, with my party of 5 , the girl saw all of us there and I even asked if we could sit she said yes. So then she gives us our pizzas in boxes and says we CANNOT dine in. HEllO the sign says 24 dine in capacity. When I asked why we cant stay to eat even though sigh says we can..she says her Manager hasn’t taken the sign down and that only the manager can do that!! NO..NO..NO.. that’s misleading to the customers, so we had to eat in the car. So horribly uncomfortable!!

This used to be our “go to” place for pizza. Last time we went, there was a huge mess of spilled gravy by the front door. Mentioned it to the employee by the cash register… he couldn’t have cared less. When he took us to a table it was filthy including the chairs… we suggested another table. Started looking around and the place was filthy… dirty floors, tables, chairs, etc… we got up to leave without ordering and mentioned the restaurant wasn’t very clean. Pretty much got a flippant comment plus attitude. Oh yeah, the restaurant had only been open about a half hour. Were not coming back..

Yesterday I dined in, and when I ordered cheese sticks, the lady with glasses gave me mozzarella sticks, I went and told her that I ordered cheese sticks and she started telling me that I asked for mozzarella sticks and I said no that I wanted cheese sticks and showed her the picture and she literally said that it’s called cheesy bread (THIS IS PIZZA HUT, NOT DOMINOS!!!!) and I told her no that is called cheese sticks on their website and then she made them for me, and then when my dad went to pay, she told him that she didn’t charge the mozzarella sticks but that I was so mad at her and that I said that I wanted mozzarella sticks. NO!!!! I’VE GONE HERE FOR 10 YEARS AND WHEN I ORDER CHEESE STICKS, I GET CHEESE STICKS NOT MOZZARELLA STICKS!!!!!
