I usually only leave reviews if I really like the place and food. I decided to try a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a side of hasbrowns. The sandwich has no cheese and the hasbrowns are very overcooked and has a really bad taste like bad oil or something. They went in the trash.

We went this morning for breakfast. This place is so cute, the menu is great, food was great portions, prices were great especially for the portions, staff was quick and friendly. Couldn’t really ask for better. We will definitely be back!

Cooks need to pay attention to the ticket and actually include the toppings for the burgers. Customers shouldn’t have to drive all the way back to have it corrected when picking up an order. Cooks also need to try to not burn the bacon so BADLY at the park hills location

I recently took my 5-year-old nephew here for his birthday breakfast, and I can’t say enough good things about our visit. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous! I particularly want to commend our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) for her kindness and the amazing interaction she had with my nephew. She truly made his day special. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!

Food was great bathroom was nasty I seen gas station bathrooms that look better walk in the bathroom and walked right back out there was pee everywhere an smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while it was wasn’t just from one day we got there at 830 am so I’m thinking from the look of the dried up pee on the toilet an floor it doesn’t get the cleaning a restaurant should have

Went into Factory Diner in Park Hills ..wait staff looked at us and totally ignored us. I ended up leaving and never getting served. This place is a total joke. They wait on people they know by name but ignore newcomers.

Waited 30 minutes for our food and the restaurant had only one other table seated. The omelet was good but the hashbrowns were cold hard and greasy. Almost as if they had been made for another earlier plate and put on mine. About 30 minutes after we left, I was very sick to my stomach.
