I’m the general manager of 29 stores and I have never had such stomach issues as this from food. I have been served cross contaminated pizza and have had diarrhea for 34hrs straight and my stool is so loose it falls out even as I stand in shower… on my way to get meds…(employees of pizza hut please wash your hands for at-least 20seconds. Dry with paper towels not your shirts and pants Then sanitize them while waving then to air dry before putting on gloves still while not touching ur cloths/hat ect…I have to miss 2days of work and today because I’m sick from the food you served me yesterday morning. I work in restaurants and policy states u have to be symptom free for 24-48hrs

if i could give zero stars i would! Do not waste your time, you will be starving and irritated by the time they decide to deliver your order… well to start off you could give the correct time estimate for the order. I was told my order would be delivered in 30-40 min. I placed my order at 5:30 and still did not have my pizza at 6:30. I had four hungry children at home waiting to eat dinner. I called the dtore and the man gave me a bunch of excuses…. this is like the fourth time this has happened. We got really busy right after you placed your order.. blah blah blah. yeah im sure you did. he told me your oeder should be going out for delivery in 10-15 min… well at this point its 6:57 and still no pizza. 30 min later and still no pizza. 1 hour and 30 min later STILL NO PIZZA. I have ahunch that when i called the first time to ask where it is my pizza wasnt even in the oven yet. it was undercooked and not good. unless you sit and wait for more order to come in or be ready to deliver them all at once. But again i dont want soggy, gross, cold, sweaty pizza. thats just nasty…. Why does this keep happening? if you toild me it would take an hour and a half for me to get my order i would have cancelled it. i mean come on, its completely ridiculois and not okay. I do not think you will be getting my business anyomre… i can order pizza from somewhere else that will probably tadte better and come in a more timlely manner.

Great location. There isn’t another near by. This place has great pizza. This is a clean location, offers pick-up fast. Delivery is quick and normally gets there on time or comes early. They have great desserts too, check out the bbq chicken pizza and the gooey chocolate chip dessert!

This location is an absolute joke. The last three or four times I’ve ordered, there’s been issues. From the “dough not being proofed” (You’re a pizza joint, that’s just insane), to their fryer “not warming up”, or they’re out of stock on things that are still available to order. I ordered for pick up once and I had to stand there for 20mins even though it said the order was ready. Do not order from this location, and if you do, be prepared for a phone call with excuses.

This evening we ordered a single pan that includes 5 breadsticks. Although, when we received our order they had forgetter them. When questioned they refused the breadsticks and by the time they agreed it took 25 minutes. Our food was then cold and came with some hair.

Placed an online order for five pizzas and three breadsticks for my office over $150 and the store cancelled the order without any notice. Spoke to Isaiah who said he was a manager and that their store has a blanket policy to cancel all orders for more than four pizzas, and refused to provide any information to contact the general manager of the store or provide any reasoning for the policy. I will be filing a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate about this as well.

we ordered 4 pizzas our delivery lady seemed like she was in a rush. very kind even offered to help bring them inside. unfortunately they didnt travel so well. $60 pizzas should look as good as they taste. if she sees this I’m so sorry and I hope you dont get fired of this minuscule mistake.

I was about to order from this location to try their New Pizza Melts. I was looking at this location because the other one had Horrible Reviews. Upon looking at the Reviews for both locations I have chosen not to order here even though I am DYING to try the new Melts. Reading some of the Reviews from both places, it seems to me that the food people are ordering here is always late,(By Hours.) the Food is Always Cold as in Ice Cold, not enough Sauce or Toppings, the Employees are rude and the Stores are Filthy. I’ve read so many Negative Reviews that I have decided to save myself the Aggravation of going here. As much as I want to try that Melt, I’m not putting myself through a Filthy Store where the food is always late, cold and the Employees don’t care. Seriously, Go to Domino’s or Papa Murphy’s. Their stores are always Clean, the Employees are nice, and the food comes hot with all the right sides and toppings. I’m Surprised that Pizza Hut is still open. The fact that there is absolutely NO COMMENT from the Store owner or the Manager on Negative Comments is quite Shocking.

Tried to buy dinner for my family and tried to pay cash, the guy behind the counter who claimed to be the manager would not let pay in cash, he forced me to leave and get exact change, I am a local restaurant owner and would fire this guy immediately, I will never ever eat anything from pizza hut again and I will spread the word how bad your store treats your customers
