Ordered 4 times thus far from this location. The first 3 times it was up to standard with regard to what one might expect from Pizza Hut. However, the most recent time we ordered we received very hard pizza that appeared to have been left in the warmer for a very long time. The crust was so hard we couldn’t bite through it, and the pizza itself was barely lukewarm. The breadsticks were normal. If we are going to be paying more for food, it should at least be consistent so we know what to expect.

Great pizza, but the App screwed up the order. The employee’s customer service was bad as he just wanted to leave, and left it to the manager to fix the problems. The manager had excellent customer service and worked with us to fix the issue. We didn’t get free pizza, but he did discount the screwed up pizza and the new one.

We placed an order, waited patiently just to get a phone call from manager jason very aggressively blaming us for not getting our order. Adress was correct, no phone calls were made, no one knocked, but out of kindness we waited at the end of the street to make it easier for them. They drove all the way up to us to look at us and turn around. Then called again even more aggressive and crazy. Called his driver a “fucking retard” refunded our order and told us to go “find our food” if we want it. Very unprofessional and not even the first bad experience I’ve had with Jason. He’s rude every time and smells foul. Pizza Hut please train him on manners and hygiene.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and pineapple. What I got was a pizza missing areas of cheese, normal amount of pepperoni and absolutely no pineapple. I ordered and paid for extras but never received them. Seems like no matter where you order from these days it’s always incorrect or sloppy. Where is the QC at these day’s?

Tonight was the second interaction I had with the guy behind the counter. I didn’t catch his name but he’s in his mid to late 50’s. Both times I dealt with him I was picking up doordash deliveries. The first incident there wasn’t a receipt attached to the order so I asked for a receipt. In a very flippant and rude tone he said they’ll have a receipt on their phone. Fair enough…. However he’s not the person that decides who can and who can’t get a receipt. However, I let it go because only a crazy person would argue over a receipt.
