I went into this location to get pizza. One man had a hat backwards which doesnt bother people at all. The manager decided to berate him over his hat looking “gang member” hes not a gang member, i work in the food industry been so for 11 years. Not once have i seen a manager act that stupid. Shes throwing her weight around where it doesnt belong. Showing her ass in front of customers to make him look stupid for no reason. Management should show respect to their employees. My hat is backwards does that make me a gang member? Or is slander apart of pizzhuts thing??

Sooo. I haven’t had pizza hut in years so I decided to go there over the weekend. Grabbed a big New Yorker. Really liked it so I decided to go get another one today. Staff that was there on the weekend was pretty personable….but not this go round. Guy working the front counter did not seem to like what he was doing….at all. Wasn’t very personable over the phone. Wasn’t very personable in person when I went pick it up either. Definitely acted like he didn’t want to be there….didn’t say one word to me. Not only was service unfriendly but the pizza was definitely missing what made it the New Yorker. When I ordered it he asked me what I wanted on it to which I told him just pepperoni. I know it’s supposed to come with two different kinds of pepperoni and the garlic parmesean seasoning. We I only got one kind of pepperoni and no garlic parmesean seasoning at all. Overall experience kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. If I want to pay to not get what I want and have someone have someone be unhappy I would have gotten married

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pizza at 5:30, to be ready for pick up by 6:30. Girl tried to tell me that I didn’t order a pizza. Yeah, I did. So she looked up my phone number and was like oh yeah, you did order a pizza it’s gonna be an hour. No it’s not. So she was gonna sneak me in, give me another 15 minutes. She comes back, so yeah we’re out of dough. Whelp. I’m out of patience.

Had a few problems in the past but they’ve been consistently spot on for awhile now so I’m changing to 5 stars again. Good pizzas and chicken, friendly drivers, and typically fast delivery when not in peak hours

I ordered online expecting a Pizza Hut delivery person with MY receipt. Instead, I got a Door Dasher that says Pizza Hut keeps MY receipt for some reason. I specifically did NOT use Door Dash because the reason I was ordering in the first place was because I was interested in the FETCH points to push me to my next Amazon gift card. NOT APPLICABLE USING 3rd party delivery.Thanks for nothing.

Im sure it was inadvertent but I was gifted an order of baked Mac-n-Cheese along with my thin crust pizza and wings. Wings and pizza were very good, but I loved the oven baked Mac. Recommended.

Worst pizza ever! Ttasted like cardboard. The NY style fell so short of even looking like the advertisment. No sauce, $16. Just for cheese. And additional toppings were $2.00. But the person taking my order couldn’t tell me that, cause she didn’t know w/o ringing them up first. Digornio frozen pizza out pizzas the hut. For 1/2 the price.

Everybody has their favorite pizza, and mine is Pizza Hut. Their personal pans are awesome, and if you call a head of time, it is ready in 10 minutes. If you give them your phone number, they know what you ordered before and give you the option to get it again, making it that much quicker.
