I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in many many years. It was the family fav with my kids growing up and pretty much the only pizza I would eat. (I’m not a big pizza fan) I ordered thin and crispy which is one of the pizzas we always got and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls which was supposed to come with the Cinnabon cream cheese frosting. Yum! It was the worst pizza I’ve eaten. The toppings were okay but the crust tasted like cardboard so that ruined the taste of the toppings. I looked at the bottom of the pizza and sure enough, it was not fresh pizza dough. It had little holes all through it so I assume they purchase a hard crust and heat it with the toppings. Now the dessert…. Cinnamon rolls and cream cheese dressing are one of my all time favorites with Cinnabon being at the top. The cinnamon rolls were about the size of a quarter and topped with a sugar glaze. If there was any cream cheese in it, I couldn’t taste it at all. This frosting was a smoky clear glaze and cream cheese frosting is opaque! I’m just sick that I wasted $54.48 (which included tip and $6 delivery fee), on food this bad. I’m writing this review so others won’t buy the thin crust or expect cream cheese frosting! The two stars are for very fast service!

I spoke with Audrey at the Oak Harbor store. She was very friendly and helped me send some pizza to my mom who was watching my kids. She was great at helping me figure out the best deal possible. Very knowledgeable about different options and all the menu had to offer. When I first called I got someone from India but I asked to be sent to the local store. I wish more chains would just have calls sent to the local restaurant. Service is much better that way. Thank you Audrey !

Waited over an hour and a half for cold pizza and have my order mixed up.. reciepts were on the boxes with tape but they were the wrong pizzas.. found out they use door dashers instead of drivers and they don’t get the card tip you pay for online so folks are paying extra for their door dashers to get diddly squat unless you give them cash on delivery.. also on the site I had to re enter my address multiple times because it refused to let me put my building number and had to text my address to the door dasher.. my driver also said he had to wait over twenty minutes passed when he was told to pick up

always super tasty food, always hot and fresh, but today I went in to pick up my carry out order and was kind of taken back. there was an older gentleman who was kneading pizza dough, im assuming for the “hand tossed” pizza/crust, but he wasn’t wearing any gloves, it was his bare hands. I’m sure he washed his hands prior, hopefully, but it took my appetite away and I couldn’t get through my pizza without wincing once or twice thinking about it. please wear gloves, protect your customers, even if you washed your hands prior. it really set me back seeing that.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I ordered the Dinner Box and it came in like 20 minutes. The man who delivered it was so nice and then when I opened the box I saw how the pizza was made. Let me explain, the peperoni and meatballs were proportionately placed evenly in each square, none of the breadsticks, pizza or pasta was burnt or undercooked and it was neatly placed in the box. You made my dinner and my night, thank you so much. ❤

The pizza had almost no cheese, was burnt and we couldn’t eat it so we tried to eat the wings and they were both extremely spicy, I order your wings often and always get medium but have had the burnin hot before and these were definitely burning hot not medium like I had ordered. It gave me a massive stomach ache from just eating one wing. So we have to end up making our own food which we had no planned on.
